This place goes above and beyond to help their customers, we bought our pool their and go to have our water tested and to buy products- Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex, he was polite, helpful and , never pushed me to buy any thing, he was just was informative which I appreciated very much! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great service after they purchase the pool because the support is a benefit you’ll appreciate.

The staff and manager at the Southington location were really helpful they went above and beyond to help us out. We had a factory defect which caused our hot tub to leak. We contacted Namco, they got back to us promptly. We were offered a brand new replacement, but had wanted to upgrade . They approved our request and delivered our upgraded hot tub very quickly.

Purchased a pool table that had a gouge in one of the rails. The salesman Robert assured me he would replace the rail at no cost to me. I inquired on the progress of when the rail would be in. He continued to make excuses and claimed he was working on it, etc. Robert has been “working on it”, for over a year now! I asked if he could offer some type of compensation so I could have it fixed and he refused. Debating wether or not it’s worth it to take Namco to small claims court. Very disappointing experience to say the very least. I will never even consider making another purchase from Namco, as they promise the world and refuse to deliver!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

I Had the best customer experience they were very understanding very helpful the manager Rob and his team experts went over and beyond the job to help me and my sister with our needs they did a really good with explaining everything and look out for us without a hesitation choose this Namco for the best service and all your pool needs. Ryan was great to get us started. Three weeks later we went in to make the purchase. Simon was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions clearly. As a first time pool buyer it was important for me to get the answers I needed. Looking forward to delivery, setup and finally using this great pool! Thanks Namco!!

The Manager of this Southington store Robert is so snide, rude and condescending. He belittles the customer and the staff in front of the customers. When I called with a problem we had with our pool he stated it was not his problem. He talked to my husband and I like we were stupid on 3 different occasions. When we first bought our pool it was by Scott who is now in Rocky Hill store. I will drive to Rocky hill from now on and deal with Scott and be treated with respect from now on. I would not even rate this store with a one star if I didn’t have to. I feel so bad for the other associates in this store that are dealing with Roberts’s condescending attitude and being belittled to the point of walking with their heads down. NAMCO should do something about this if not getting rid of him then give him training in customer service or they will begin to lose a lot of service. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION and just go to ROCKY HILL. SCOTT was beyond wonderful, helpful, so understanding. He treated us with the respect we should have received.
