“I went to my local Bristol AT&t store to get a SIM card as my phone was not working and customer service had directed me to go there. Turns out they needed a manager to approve something in their system to continue with my account. There was no manager on duty. I was informed I'd have to wait two more days before that person would be back. The employee offered me no other solution. I had to think for him and inquired about another manager at any other location.
I want to the southington Connecticut location where my issue was resolved within minutes and I was able to walk out with my SIM card and my phone back up and running. They were friendly and mentioned to me that they've had many people come from the Bristol location over to southington to get their issues resolved.”
“Stopped by for a new screen protector. No wait. Even though my phone is old and the protector has been discontinued, the gentleman called his manager and found one. We really appreciated the "extra mile" he took.”

He was patient & provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service while trying to get my new cell phone replacement phone to work. A SIM card was replaced & it took nearly 4 hrs. for someone in Network to review the issue. It wasn't resolved until I requested a "supervisor". Being an at&t retiree, I know how important customer service is to the company & Brandon EXEMPLIFIED
that. 5 Stars for Brandon, 1 star for Network.

“Rob was the store rep who helped us. He helped me upgrade my phone and fixed my mom's phone. He's very knowledgeable and kind. We were there for less than half an hour. He also remembered helping my boyfriend upgrade his phone a few months ago. My boyfriend is not an easy person to deal with at times and Rob was very patient with him. I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him for their phone needs.”

“I called to make a couple changes to our business account, and had the most pleasurable experience talking to Lucas. He was extremely helpful and thorough with changes we made to our account. He also took the initiative to thoroughly review our business account, and made sure that everything on the account is correct. There were a couple of things we had been paying for that we were unaware of when I initial set up the account. He was able to remove the items on the account that we discussed. Lucas noted that he back tracked to when we set up the account, and that we would receive a refund. Again, I would highly recommend getting AT&T business account, Lucas made it much easier to make changes rather than most providers.”
