What a night mare ordered a vaccum they charged my debit card several times without sending me the vaccum when I called to complain they told me it was b my banks fault had to cancel order so they would stop charging my account still haven't got my money back customer service was a nightmare don't do it shop anywhere else

Cashier was at a register, but wouldn’t ring me out for the three items I wanted to purchase.
He told me I have to use self checkout.
Sorry Lowe’s, but I don’t work for you. So I left my items and walked out.

I drove past 2 homedepot to this lowes location, and I will never do it again. The poor service, the lack of communication and regards for the customers time is sad. One of the employees called for assistance with some special cutting that I needed, 15 minutes go by, and no one shows. Walked up front a 2nd time and told the kid that no one showed to page some one or to let me know if they had no one to help. Another 15 minutes go by, and no one shows up. At this point, I am about to cut the plastic myself. Sure enough, someone shows up to tell me that I could not cut the plastic myself. I explained to him how I had been waiting for about 30 minutes with no assistance. He was kind enough to go and find out himself that the only qualified person in the building was a manager who was at lunch. At this point I get upset not at the guys helping me or at the manager taking lunch we are all entitled to our brakes, but at the fact that no one bother to let me know not to waist my time. Even the kids that paged 2 times did not care to find out after I asked him to let me know if no one was available. Next time, I'll just save my gas and stop and homedepot.

I went to Lowes at Southington to try to get a store credit for some of the items thet I bought there I told the that I loss the receipt and also that I change my bank because I move out of NY, so I have to change my bank and they refused to do something with it, even that they check and the item's was from lowes, really disagree.

I’m disappointed with the dishwasher installation service. Despite clearly instructing the installer to leave the old dishwasher in the garage, he took it away. I’ve called multiple times, but no one has returned it even after weeks. I lost the opportunity to sell it on Facebook Marketplace, costing me money. Please be more considerate and attentive to customer instructions.”
- I went to Lowe’s and reported this few times and as usual no action no call. I end up just giving my working dishwasher for free ( as Lowe’s broke it while delivering it back)

No sales rep over the weekend for kitchen counters... only during the weekdays so you would have to take a day off to work with a salesperson

Never again will i order from lowes. I ordered a GE all in one washer. After delivery my fiance tested it by trying to wash clothes. After the two hour wash the clothes were not dried. She called Lowe’s the following day and they said they couldn’t do anything. We called GE and they said they would be out to fix the following week. They never showed up and said they don’t have a rep to fix it in the area. My fiancé and I missed two days from work to include we now have a defective washer / dryer. All In all we lost out in money, time and a company Lowe’s that is not about customer service. Not only that when I called Lowe’s the customer service rep izeah hung up on me the first time and when I called back answered the phone and placed it on hold. When he finally answered again he apologized with no reason for what he did. Tammy the manager was of no help as well. And said the washer and dryer came out of the Newington store and not Southington.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT BUY/ORDER anything from Lowe’s.

No help in this store. Can't say I'll be back. Spent 1/2 hour waiting for someone to help with getting a washer and dryer.... finally walked out. 2 in dept another couple walked by....

Their lumber has huge curves and twists If your trying to build a canoe 👌. Everything else is avg or overly priced. The staff have to pull out a company phone to find what your looking for most of the time. But the staff has never been rude.

went to pick up a eco chainsaw about 8 at night. like most places at that time of night could not find anyone to help me. i had to go hunt someone down. i wanted to the smaller of the two on display but they only had the larger one so i bought that one, plus (I know, I know stupid me) i bought the extended warranty. once i got home I took the chainsaw still unopened into the house and kept holding it and i decided it was going to be to heavy for me to cut all the large branches off several trees in or around my yard. so i ordered the smaller one online (without the extended warranty). next morning I went back to lowes and returned the unopened one i bought the night before and they gave me a refund for the xtra chain along with the chainsaw but for the extended warranty. they said i had to call a number (which they gave me). so i called when i got home and after being on hold for 15 minutes she took all the information and gave me a case number and someone would call me in three days to to confirm that i was getting the refund for the chainsaw that was never taken out of the box? waited four days and not hearing from them i called again. got a very very nice lady and she told me she would not find my case number so she had to take all the information again and told me she would make sure i got my refund, and when i looked at my credit card the next day the refund was there. i should have never got the extended warranty in the first place. i have a problem because most of the large ticket items you now buy (refrigerators, stoves, chainsaw etc) now only offer a one year warranty). But hear is something that no one told me when i bought my refrigerator last month. if your old one is still working you can get 50.00 from eversource to have a company come pick it up.No one at home depot or lowes ever mentioned that to me, i just happened to see a small line item that said the refrigerator might be eligible for a 50.00 dollar rebate. mine old one ran but the compressor was getting louder and louder every day. i knew it was on its last leg. so i filled out the paperwork on line and they sent me a email for the day and time they would be coming. so a friend helped me get it down three stairs and into my garage. i wanted it near a electrical outlet so i could prove it was still ruining. they came and when i went to plug it in for them they said no i did not have to. so i signed the paper work saying they picked it up and two weeks later i got a check in the mail from eversource. Imagine that i got a check from eversource. lowe's and home depot asked if i wanted them to take my old refrigerator for 40.00 a forty dollar charge. so anyone buying a stove, refrigerator, washer etc do some researching to see if you can get the 50.00 from eversource. hope this helps other people who do not know about the recycling rebate.

Decent selection of flowers at a competitive price. They actually had someone working in the garden center early on a Saturday unlike Walmart. I wouldn't expect to pay wholesale prices but they did have alot of clearance options.

Short Spanish woman at customer service was very rude to me today. Rather argue with me about a sale she had no idea about she claimed than get help from a manage instead. Told her I’ll wait for a manger and get the proper help i need. If you don’t know about sales than maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service or simply just ask for help.
