I generally love homegoods. Lots of neat stuff, always something new. However…
I’ve noticed a lot of the things I pick up have warning labels on them that the products contain cancer causing chemicals.
My concern is for the employees handling so much chemical-laden merchandise. Easy for me- I just set it down and go wash my hands.
What rubs me the wrong way are the intercom announcements asking customers to donate to families fighting cancer while so many of their products have “cancer warning” contains lead, “may cause reproductive harm” etc labels on them.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Home Goods. An associate named Rose and the manager named Lauren were absolutely awful. I would steer clear of this particular store and go to another one until corporate takes out the trash here.

My favorite go to for household items, big and small. You never know what you will find. Sad that they no longer carry items for kids rooms.

Be advised that if you do a return even with a receipt the associates and managers will still scan it into their system as if you’re scamming them. Horrible location with even worse customer service
