They don't even bother to tell you they don't have stock even when my husband was there getting my other perscriptions. Now they are closed and I will have to wait for my anti-nausea meds until tomorrow. So disappointed the previous pharmacist was AMAZING. I will be switching to walgreens tomorrow.

Since I was fully satisfied with the service, I do not think of any suggestion to improve

I have been more than pleased with the service provided by this CVS. They act on your needs immediately and keep you informed on refills or requests required by your doctor. You are treated like a friend with kindness and respect. Everyone is pleasant there. Cheryl goes above and beyond to make sure all of your medication needs are fulfilled. I highly recommend their outstanding service.

CORPORATE CVS DECIDED TO CLOSE CVS STORE LOCATED AT SHOP RITE PLAZA, QUEEN ST. SOUTHINGTON, LEAVING THOUSANDS OF LOYAL CVS CUSTOMERS DISMAYED AND UPSET. FORTUNATELY LYNN ENGLISH -PHARMACIST AND PHARMACIST TECH TANYA WERE BOTH MOVED TO CVS 600 EXECUTIVE BLVD IN TARGET STORE, SOUTHINGTON. LYNN AND TANYA MAKE A GREAT TEAM. BOTH ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE. THEY KNOW MY NAME AND GREET ME LIKE A CLOSE FRIEND AND I VALUE THEIR HARD WORK. THEY ARE BOTH CONSTANTLY DOING ALL THEY CAN TO ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY GO OUT OF THE WAY TO HELP FOLKS ESPECIALLY THOSE ELDERLY THAT HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. GREAT PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. I MET CHERYL--A PHARMACIST AT TARGET AND SHE TOO IS VERY KIND AND COMMITTED TO HER JOB. SHE IS FRIENDLY AND KIND AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. WHAT A FANTASTIC GROUP OF WOMEN. THEY GET THE JOB DONE WITH SMILES AND HARD WORK. KUDOS LADIES YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I very seldom go to the CVS located at 326 Main St. For this very reason. The pharmacist a gentleman is the most unpleasant person. You can't get a hello, good morning, the only thing he says, "be right with you". This morning at 5 AM my favorite CVS is on Queen Street, it is closed at 5 AM, so I had no choice. I was greeted by a woman, I believe Indian dissent, didn't catch her name that's why I'm describing her nationality. Unpleasant, not accommodating when I asked about my coupons and rewards. Perhaps if we complain enough maybe we can get somebody to serve the public properly. They are here to help us, I felt like I was disturbing them and infringing on their time. I would rather go without my medicine, then to deal with the unpleasantries of the CVS.
