I purchased my 3rd camper from the folks at Custom Camper. They listened to what I was looking for, what type of camping I mainly did and created the perfect fit with an E-ProBH. When my new camper arrived they explained every detail with out hast. The sale was not the end of their commitment to the customer. On my 1st trip I had a problem with how to use the shower ( shower miser) it was a Saturday morning. I made a call and left a message without much hope I would get a call back. Minutes later my phone ring... It was Mike, he walked me through what I was doing wrong.. problem solved. I had a few other issues that they happily helped me through. They go the extra mile for their customers and #1 in my book.Thanks to Pete, Sue and MikeI love my camper !!!Lisa D

On 07/22/22 Wife and I purchased our second camper from Custom Camper. From our experience, this family owned dealership is the best and most honest dealership we’ve ever dealt with. They also have the best service anywhere. We will be referring friends and family to this dealership. Big thank you to Pete, wife Sue and son Michael !

We had an issue with our trailer light hookup not working. Mike was so nice and texted and called me with solutions to the problem. When we couldn’t figure it out at home he let me bring my car in and fixed it in about 20 minutes at no charge. Will 100% use them moving forward for all our trailer/RV needs.

We shopped several different dealers in the Northeast. No one else compared to Custom Camper. They were thoroughly knowledgeable about the products, and also about the logistics of ordering and registering. Always willing to answer our newbie questions. They never once came on like a typical high-pressure salesman. When we picked up the trailer, Mike walked us through the operation, and spent as long as it took to answer questions. A real "mom and pop" operation, with the friendliest mom and pop (and son) you'll run into. Made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thank you so much to this local family business.... Father & Son ( Pete and Mike) were fantastic. we broke down on the interstate and we didn't know what to do. Thanks to a local police officer who stopped to help us ( we had lost a tire on our 5th wheel due to a ceased Bearing) he made some calls and escorted us to Custom Camper. IT was only a few days before Christmas but Mike sourced the axle and bearings we needed and had them couriered in... they stayed on work and extra day for us and got us on the road 2 days before Christmas so we could continue on our way... Thank you so so much to you guys. Merry Christmas indeed!

I have always liked them and we even bought a camper from them years ago.However, they have dropped the ball on their website this year. We attempted to contact them three times about ordering a new camper starting in February and never heard back from them. Very disappointing.

After our first trip to the Northeast RV and Camping Show, we sat down to lunch at Wood 'n Tap. The people beside us saw our million brochures and said you should go to Custom Camper. So we did, and we'd do it again. CC let us look through their RVs up close, and the salesman was there to answer questions. After we bought, we had a 45 minute guided tour of our new mini-home, including pump verses water hookup, how to empty tanks, and filters, oven vents, you name it. Five years later we still love our li'l home from Custom Camper. They have new and used travel trailers, small to huge, they service RVs, and have a supply shop on site. They also still carry the (current year) RV we bought five years ago. It's not the largest lot in Hartford, but it has range and quality, still. We'd go back there again, and someday we will. When COVID has become a thing of the past, it'll still be fun to visit them at the RV show again.

Had a wonderful experience with this family run business. Sue and Mike were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying this camper. Last minute, Mike was even able to fix Nissan's tow wiring harness issue...making it possible to get the camper home. Highly recommend doing business with them.

My wife and I ordered our Epro in August, when we met wit Sue. Was very easy and quick. This Saturday we picked it up. Again, such an easy and smooth process. They had everything ready and Mike set up the WD hitch that we decided to purchase that morning. Mike even helped me with a small electrical issue on my truck. They are a small business and this made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Never felt pressured or anything that would be associated with sales, Just answered every question and provided a great experience. We chose to work with them after we met Scott at the Hartford Camping Expo and don’t regret our decision at all. If you want good, personal service then this is your place. Thanks Sue & Mike!

Great camper dealer with a good selection of parts and accessories in their store. They also carry very good brands of travel trailers as well.
