I want to give this place 5 stars, but when there is no WiFi and the cell service is worse than inside the Grand Canyon, it can be frustrating trying to use coupons or pay from the mobile app.

I went Cumberland farms on West Street in southington to get a slushie and a slice of pizza and then a guy comes up to me at the register and goes empty my pockets and pay for what I have in there I empty my pockets making him look like an idiot because I didn't have nothing in there I never go there again and I used to go there every day and spend 10 to 20 dollars screw Cumberland farms they don't have my business no more very disrespectful employee to accuse someone in front of a whole bunch of customers and make him look like an idiot emptying my pockets in front of him

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, and plenty of available gas pumps.

An employee checking out (and cashing in what must have been 100 lotto tickets in multiple transactions) made me (and others later in line) stand around waiting a horrible amount of time just to check out, rather than let normal customers proceed. And neither so much as apologized or acknowledged the clearly rude behavior.

When I went there a girl named Gabi was manager and she was quite rude bullying her staff, more boy crazy then job crazy, I have since left going to her store because she was just a foul person.

Just today I went to buy some food and without realizing it they charged me extra on my card,
It wasn't a lot of money but the truth is they are not professionals in their work,
Plus the cashier... be careful.

I always stop here when I am going out for snacks and drinks. I just cannot beat their 1$ coffee and it tastes good too.

I'm a coffee lover and Cumberland Farms has the best and the least expensive coffee in my opinion. Being a 24 hour store, there's lots of hot and cold breakfast and lunch goodies to go with my coffee...all at a reasonable price.

This by far was the best Cumberland Farms I’ve been to in the state of Connecticut. Friendly atmosphere, pricing reasonable, and the store is kept clean inside and out. Definitely will return when back on this side of CT

Does not keep regular hours. Says open 24 hours on the store, they close at 9pm. But get there a half hour before & they might be closed. Seems their hours are just random. Not a place to consider a regular stop, go to another one.
