My experience with this moving company was outstanding from start to finish. I believe Julio was my phone rep and he was very responsive to my questions and/or concerns. Unlike other companies I previously used, the entire team (Bernardo & his crew I think but need to confirm) was efficient, punctual and respectful.I purchased wrapping film while the crew brought wrapping blankets and mats. I moved from a 2nd floor apartment with narrow staircases to a ground level house. The whole moving process was smooth except the crew ended up on "P Ave" rather than "P Street", which was my mistake- I should have confirmed their GPS address prior commuting.My furniture and new place are in the same condition as they were before the move. The company is both licensed and insured, which is a huge plus. The rate offered at the time was a bit higher than other moving companies, however it is worth it as you are getting a quality professional move. Moving is extremely stressful, so I would prefer paying more for a job well done. I highly recommend this company ??

The team worked quickly and carefully. They took care of our belongings by wrapping all furniture. They laid down floor coverings at our old and new home to ensure everything was kept clean and scuff free. They asked questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with the placement of our furniture. I found them fairly priced and very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

They are amazing! From my first interaction to my last. The staff was respectful, understanding of needs and worked quickly and efficiently.My husband and i were very impressed and recommend them for all of your moving needs.A special thank you to the movers, you all were very genuinely kind, respectful individuals. You all knew exactly what to do after the walk through and that made it easy for us to stand back, out of your way and watch the magic happen. You all truly made a very stressful move so much easier to manage. Thank you!Recommend a must!

Thales and his team were absolutely phenomenal during our move. They were speedy in moving a 4bedroom home, they took excellent care of our belongings, and accommodated our hectic two stop move. The office was also available via phone on our Saturday move for last minute questions. The whole experience from the initial call and on site quote to the final piece going into storage was handled with the upmost respect and care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a stress-free and friendly, punctual moving experience. Thank you CT moving and storage!!

We have moved several times over the years. CT Moving & Storage is clearly the best moving company we have dealt with. They are friendly and efficient. Their estimates were pretty close to the final total. The damage was minimal, and nothing was lost, as far as we can tell. The packing supervisor Christian was great, as was the moving supervisor Gilson. Both were very friendly and seemed eager to please; neither gave us a hard time when we asked them to do things that they had not planned to do. Neither acted as if he was doing us a favor to help us. Without naming other companies, these people are at the opposite end of the spectrum from all of the others we have dealt with. We highly recommend them.

This is the first time my husband and I have ever used a moving company because we didn’t trust that our belongings would be well taken care of. Friends highly recommended Ct Moving and Storage and it was the best “move” we ever made! The crew was meticulous in preparing our belongings for transport, protecting our floors and walls and cleaning up after done. We couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the quality of service. A top notch moving company who knows what they are doing and do it with excellence! Thank you for making such an unpleasant task so easy for us!

CT Moving and Storage just completed a very big full house move for me. They moved very large items such as our treadmill, swing set, and all house furniture. CT Moving and Storage was excellent. They were efficient, careful (not one scuff mark), highly skilled at moving, and a pleasure to work with during a tiring and stressful process. Thales, the head crew member was a great leader, very accommodating, and helpful with anything I asked of him. Moving is an overwhelming process, and I was so glad I hired CT Moving and Storage for the job. I would hire them again, and highly recommend Thales and his crew for any of your moving needs.

Sean and his crew were amazing. They were very helpful with putting stuff back in storage. When we got to my apartment they walked through to see where I wanted everything. They were very friendly and professional and made the move go very smooth. They deserve more than 5 stars. I would recommend this company to anyone moving!!!

Thales and his team did an amazing job of moving us into our new home. They took the time to ensure everything was done right and exactly what we wanted. We finished unpacking today and all of our belongings arrived exactly how they were packed. I’m still amazed that they moved an entire house from start to finish in four hours!

What a great experience we had working with CT Moving & Storage today, and boy did we give them a challenge with our project! The communication with Julio and Amber in the office helped me plan for and anticipate the cost and process, and when Thales and his crew arrived smiling despite the pouring rain, I knew we were in good hands. They handled a delicate situation with grace and flexibility, and treated my extended family’s space and belongings respectfully. They met every obstacle with positivity and without judgement. Pouring rain, a larger than expected workload, an unreliable garage door, a too small elevator, nothing slowed them down. They worked a solid 8+ hours without issue and achieved what I thought might be impossible and moved my extended family’s full house - move out and move in. Thales is a terrific team leader, and Rafael, Maikon and Matheus were tireless team players. Thanks to all!

From scheduling to the actual cross state move to NJ, CT Moving and Storage made the process very smooth and stress free. Everyone was responsive and helpful both on the phone and via email. The hourly rate was slightly higher as it was a weekend move and the final cost was more than I expected but it was ultimately worth it for the stress free move. My movers, Bernardo and Alvaro, arrived on time and were very professional and efficient! They were great. Overall, great experience from customer service to the moving process.

CT Moving and Storage packed up our old house, stored our belongings for almost three months, and then moved everything into our new home. The office staff members were very good at keeping us informed and confirming details of the move. Thales and his crew did both our move out and our move in. They were great! The furniture was very well padded and wrapped and the movers were careful when walking items through the house. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the move went, relieving some of the stress that a move entails. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this company to others.

We were thrilled with the service we had from Bernardo and Alvaro from Connecticut moving and storage. The crew arrived early and were highly professional throughout the day.We had a bit of a complicated move. We were moving items between three homes in Connecticut and Rhode Island- two of these with tight staircases. Everything went without a hitch.The team was organized and efficient and handled every piece of furniture with care, wrapping in both padded blankets and plastic wrap. We had a few items of furniture that needed to be disassembled and reassembled, and this was done without a problem.There were no surprises regarding service, cost and timing, except the fact that everything went perfectly!Thank you!
