Surprisingly, it turned out to be a great decision. Their sandwich rings, echoing our donut theme, and the value provided were impressive.The food quality, while not high-end gourmet, was more than satisfactory for the occasion. The deluxe turkey sandwich rings were a crowd-pleaser, and the brownie and cookie platters matched any specialty bakery in taste.The two-tiered cake, adorned with our own donuts for added flair, was half the price of local bakeries. While it may not win any Instagram contests for its looks, the taste was exceptional, exceeding many bakery offerings.Service was a mixed bag. The online order process and pickup were chaotic, with some confusion over the cake despite having an order number. Initial interactions at the deli counter, however, were positive, with staff being accommodating and open to customization.For those prioritizing a picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy buffet, BJ's might not be the first choice. However, if your focus is on delicious, value-for-money catering, BJ's is hard to beat. It's an excellent option for no-fuss events like kids' birthdays or casual gatherings, and I would certainly consider them again for future events.

I find buying BJ's gas is a great savings but remember it is not Top Tie detergent gasoline, so you get what you pay for. Also check your receipt, on many occasions I have loaded coupons in the app, and they were not taken off when I checked out, so I had to call an associate over, show them the coupons on my app, and then they were deduct.Also know your prices I find that just because you're buying in bulk does not always mean you are getting a savings. For a family of two the store is mainly good for non-perishable items.

I went to Bj to pick up my glasses.and the attendant was waiting on someone else.so I waited patiently for her to finish.when it came my turn some one came to the counter and she stop and waited on that person.I said ok.then someone else came in and again she stop and waited on them at this point I left the glasses and left .called the manger and all she could say is she sorry and she would like that either .well I don't either because when she was waiting on the Hispanic gentleman she did not stop until she finished with him.

I had a slow leak on my tire that I needed checked out. Adam was able to diagnose and fit me in for a tire repair right away! $10 if you’re a BJ’s member (I did not buy my tires there but likely will next time!). Thanks, Adam!

I wanted to purchase a cake from the bakery and there was no one who knew how to write on cakes and then an employee by the name of Jordyn came over and offered to try to write on the cake for me. She did a fantastic job and I was beyond thrilled with how the writing came out. She is DEFINITELY A TOP TIER employee. She has some of the best customer skills I have seen in a very long time. BJ's Is very lucky to have this young lady working there. Jordyn is the best!!!

poor customer service in the Deli after how I was treated I would never shop at this location again I've been a loyal customer in for years and this has never happened. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and when I said something to the employee opening the boxes i got the most rude and disrespectful attitude This lady named Beth basically yelled at me and said I'd have to wait my turn but there was nobody else in line i guess she just didn't want to help but or even be at work but that is no way to speak to a customer if you work in customer service. Southington bjs used to feel like being with family everyone knows everyone in town now the customer service sucks if I could give Beth a 0 I would

Thought long and hard about where to invest Membership $$: 4/11/21-After a long sneaky consumer espionage day; i admit a few random facts: C: membership costs WAY more B: checkout line LEGIT to the back of the winding store and legit just a ShitShow!!! C: average $3 cheaper on everything from vodka to ck breasts B: gives U familiarity like "Perdue" B: If you like name brand XXX, BJ's has your solution C: genius marketing won me over.... fine Kirkland, fine C: membership gets me checking out in 12 min- YES PULEASE because B was no lie 38 min today!! And B didnt have the "traffic controller" manager that C did helping customers "kindly move along"

Hello BJ’s tire centerI wanted let You know you have some Great employees at your Southington’s Connecticut tire center.In late December I did a tire order online. It disappeared into limbo as it happened to me one time before. I called the local tire department and Anthony, Jake and The manager jumped into action. They found tires have them delivered and installed them flawlessly. Anthony was the lead on this and is such an impressive young man. They all worked really hard to take care of me as a customer far beyond what would normally be considered good customer service.I hope this note finds its way to somebody who can let them know that their extra effort was greatly appreciated.Kind regards,Bob ThomasCheshire Connecticut

I placed a curbside order. They messed up and did not have two of my items. They said they were cancelled but they still appear on my bill. Lazy managers told me to come in and settle it-why it's COVID-19, isn't that the whole point? I still have yet to see my credit. Dennis assured it would be there-NOT! And ...they said I can't speak to the store manager!!

I was given absolutely stellar service at the tire center. I had hit a curb and popped my tire off. Even though staffing was tight, the serviceman came out to look at my car and see what he could do to help. He couldn't work on it in the parking lot, but when AARP Road service came, he assisted by patching my flat for me. Thank you very much!!
