1st driveway is more direct. If you miss and go to the 2nd entrance, you can either turn around or continue and drive all the way around the entire business. Easy docking (plenty of space to straight back), entrance to shipping/ receiving is on to the right side or docks .

Got here at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment my load was ready so they backed me in the door I'm being loaded now it's only seven pallets it's Hit or Miss if your product is ready they do have overnight parking very huge parking lot I did not see a chain but it's a huge parking lot it is on the left side across from the dually pile terminal on the left side not the right side fast in and out easy load

I purchases an inflatable hot tub from them in July 2021 and the heater started to have issues July 2022. I reached out to them via chat and received no response. I finally got an email back after several other attempts, conveniently on August 1st. Not only did they have a lot of trouble shooting recommendations and said they could not locate my order at first until I showed them the receipt. Then after a months of back and forth, I got a simple email saying that it is now outside its warranty window and could only offer me a 10% discount to buy a new hot tub. They gave me the run around when I explained again that I tried reaching out in July and they replied with I gave them the wrong email address and that is what they responded to. I never received that email or I would have responded. Just excuses so they don't have to replace a defective item.

Worst place a driver can go, I arrived at 6 30 am told guy told me I have appointment for 11 am I wait until then, and waited more after 11 am, I had 2nd stop told to the they they didn’t care, very rude and unfair warehouse receiver the one that is front desk, very rude, very rude in my 6 year career never see somebody like him, no good for cdl driver this place I never come back and you guys do the same. I found this number and thought I would get lucky with maybe it being Wave Spas customer service number which sadly it is not. But I had the opportunity of talking to Trish today 7/26/22 who went beyond the customer service I am used to receiving from Wave Spas. Now I believe Trish works for 3PL which is the company that ships and receives products for Wave Spas. Trish took the time to get my information and tried to look up labels on my behalf. Today was my lucky day, she was able to find both a return label for my broken motor and a label to ship my new one. I was absolutely shocked since I have been emailing Wave Spas for weeks now working on this issue. Within 15 minutes I received an email with a return label. Today was a successful day due to Trish. I hope her boss/manager reads this review and I hope I am spelling her name correctly. Amazing job and thank you.

Mostly everyone in the Southington office are all friends who look out for each other. If you start there with an agency they look and talk to you like you aren't important even though most of them came from agencies themselves. The packing supervisor is super rude waving instead of speaking to you like a human being. Some workers are helpful and nice but not the team leaders (packing) that's for sure.
