The Verizon associates were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave me a great promo deal. They were friendly and professional and didn’t upsale me at all. I highly recommend the southbury location to everyone

Came in to the store with a more complicated issue. Alex and Ty were absolutely incredible! They fixed all of our problems and did not push any extra products or upgrades. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this location and Alex and Ty.
