ShopRite of Southbury is a clean store with a good selection. It features a good hot buffet bar and hot grinders, along with a good selection of cheeses, bakery products, and pre-packaged food. The produce section is good. Sale items are reliably in stock, even later in the week. The store offers online shopping and delivery with exceptionally helpful staff who provide great customer service. Cashiers are friendly. Some customers find it a very basic store that has not been renovated in years and note it has a lot of junk food and candy kiosks. The music played can be very loud. However, many appreciate it for being cheaper than other local options and prefer it for its cleanliness and selection for the items they purchase.

It’s a very basic store - hasn’t been renovated in years. I only go there because it’s cheaper than Stop and Shop. Way too much junk food and candy kiosks. Plus BLASTING disco music or something from the 70s. How about some new age mellow stuff 🤣
