I am disabled and use a walker. The doors are exceptionally heavy so it is difficult to enter and exit.

Easy parking, easy check in on phone, and once I was taken in, it was quick and painless. I only wish you could get early morning appt not so far out--couldn't you have another staff person on for the mornings to make this possible, even if just 2 more days??

I was told that I'm going to be charged $8.00 for today's appointment at Quest. Last time I was charged an additional $4.00 and I'm unhappy about these charges. I'm unhappy with Quest's bookkeeping and the additional charges. I had problems with this in the past with Quest.

Have been to this location in Southbury, Ct at least 10-12 times and the lab and or the equipment Have failed to get a result on time or failed to get a result at all. Last time I ever use Quest. Terrible lab with too many things going wrong. I don't trust them.

Walk in = sit there all day and not actually get an appointment. 30 min wait time that the computer in the lobby says turns into 1 hour turns into 2 hours turns into no appointment after sitting there all morning.

This is my first Yelp review. I am writing it to help other people who are in need of quick and easy blood analysis. I was referred to Quest by my doctor for routine blood work. I made an appointment online and drove in from the next town over. Long story short, when I arrived they had no record of my appointment. This woman named Abby "I'M NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE MY LAST NAME" told me I didn't have an appointment. She kept saying (very condescendingly) the website is self explanatory and you DON'T have an appointment. When I tried to explain that I did have an appointment she became very argumentative and quite frankly rude. Then I saw that even though she wouldn't acknowledge my appointment after I had driven from another town, there was a waiting list for walk-ins. I signed in. Then, before their early 4pm closing time she came back out in the waiting room to tell me they didn't have time to see me. I get it, these places are busy, but people like Abby should realize she's dealing with sick people that need help. Instead of being unapologetic and rude, why not try to be pleasant and helpful by doing whatever she could to make people's visit easier instead of more difficult? I would never recommend this place and I'm sorry other people working at all other Quest Diagnostics have to be judged by Abby's (IM NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE MY LAST NAME's) behavior.

Loraine is amazing! She took her time and truly cares about the patients. I was also a walk in and was called in within 20 min. Overall one of the better experiences I've had here. Thank you Loraine!!

Excellent experience! I was nervous to try this location for the first time, given some reviews. But I checked in three minutes earlier than my reservation time, was called in within minutes, and was finished in 20. I have difficult labs done that are not easily found in the system, and it still didn’t take that long. The technician was friendly and gentle, even cleaning a drop of blood from my arm with an alcohol wipe after we were done. She also wore a mask without my asking—I’m immunocompromised, so that was much appreciated. Confident in coming to this location again!

Never seen bunch slower people in my life.Beyond slow sat for hour and half after my appt time with my 3 yr old daughter, got text and confirmation order was sent when called all sudden they don't have it and told can go back in waiting room to call Dr meanwhile my phones dead, my daughter's Beyond thirty and hungry I figured we'd be in and out never ever ever again. 25 min no was was back there or called in back for blood work. Between each person called in there was about 15-25 min before next person called in can't say was because of cleaning since room was absolutely filthy peoples blood work and urine on counter, turnikits all over floor, needle caps all over floor, I've been going here almost 20 years and today was worst, being filthy and no care about people's time. If we are late to appt we get billed $50 or whatever for missed appt why can't we sent places invoices for making us wait over hr and half past our appt? Is our time not valuable? Corporate really need check this place it's never ever been this bad.they didn't get bloodwork fax supposedly and wouldn't let use phone to call my Dr since my phone died trying to entertain my daughter was told can go charger it and wait and come back in, I refused wait any longer call me what want but wasting whole morning and having a 3 yr old sit there and try be quiet isn't the easiest figured if made appt I'd be in and out within reasonable amount of time.New I took my 3 yr old for bloodwork and completely lost it soo done going to this place. If want bunch incompetent people go here of want done right plz go dif quest

My doctor ordered fasting blood work for me and told me to walk into quest and he will have already submitted the order. I went in the next day at 10am and used the kiosk to register. After 45 mins of being ignored I had to leave because I’m hypoglycemic and fasting is not great amd I was getting dizzy. This is not the first time I’ve been ignored in this office as a walk in. Other quests have always been quick and friendly. I got home and attempted to make a scheduled appointment. No morning appointments for the next 2 weeks. How is a person expected to fast until 2pm? I found several other quest labs in surrounding towns with appointments anytime of the day. I would not recommend the Southbury location
