The clerk sold me a charger they said would work for the vape they sold. Before opening the box at home I noticed it was the incorrect connection (not type c). When I was in the area a week later I went to return it and they refused saying only the original clerk can. I never even opened the packaging, they clearly had more with the identical price tags behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous, so now to return this item I have to come back when the original clerk that sold it to me is available. 1 star review over a $15 item, great work

Me and multiple ppl were waiting outside the k&m smoke shop at 910, the smokeshop says it opens at 9 o’clock on Google and on its hours sign posted on the door ? Are they to lazy to get to work in the morning and sell to there reliable customers. Pathetic.

Brought a vape, opened it and tried to smoke it in front of the cashier (got to make sure they work because sometimes they’re duds) it didn’t work and the guy said there was no exchanges... dude you sold me a non working product...

An excellent selection of cigars! The walk-in humidor is well-maintained and kept at the correct temperature and humidity. I've never had a dry stick from them. Plenty of smoking accessories, and a wide assortment of vape equipment. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help you find exactly what you need.

Has a very well stocked humidor with a great selection. A little pricey on some but to be expected for a B&M. The staff is very friendly and the owner willing to bring in cigars you request. If your in the area it's worth the stop.

Bought a bong, was cracked so returned the next day for a different one. The new one was also cracked inside. Went the following day and got money back. Saw the first bong I returned on the shelf selling for full price. They know exactly what they are selling. Wont let you fill it with water before you buy.

This place sells genuine products. I have received counterfeit vapes at other locations in southbury which caused me to go here and try their vapes. These are definitely the real deal. With all the health problems in the news related to vaping it pays to go with genuine products. I will be coming back here .
