All the cheap chain gyms, smaller gyms, working out by myself, working out at home, spin classes, Zumba, boot camps, personal trainers. Strongtown is the only place so far that I feel a different type of motivation and am quickly seeing results. The environment is fun and welcoming and the coaches take the time to ensure I learn proper form while also encouraging me to push my limits. I highly recommend :)”

“I trained w/ Brian from last May 2022 thru early 2023. Not only was he great to work with, he is encouraging, knowledgeable, funny and straightforward. He makes training/working out fun and worthwhile. I learned a lot and continue to put into practice what he taught me (from what I can remember). He would fit me into his schedule 9/10 times, even on short notice. If he couldn't, I would go to PF or take a night off. The only reason I stopped going was a financial one. When I started, I was in a better financial position. But as time went on, my situation changed. He and Joni were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I'm hoping to continue with Brian in the near future once my situation changes. I have a trip planned for March 2023 that I need to be in shape for. I highly recommend Body Physics.”
