The store is nice and clean and close by to where I work, I’ve only came here a couple of times to look around and shop after I get out of work. The staff is helpful but I can’t lie I came in after my shift and was tired and wanted to look for something for an event I was going to and look around but I guess I walked in like I was “on a mission” none the less one of the staff helped me out but the way I was approached threw me off a little bit.

Extremely rude associate on Friday afternoon. Left the store because of her rude comments towards me, questioning my pregnancy…. Don’t work at a kids store if you are going to be “disgusted” by someone that’s carrying a child….

If I could give 0 stars I would! The manager Carla was very rude and disrespectful to me. I will never shop at Southbury gap! Treating your customers like that is disgusting! Insisting something is worn when it was only tried on. When you buy something You buy it to where it, right! The items that I was returning we’re only tried on, didn’t fit! And yes they were final sale but I was told they would return them this one time. For a store credit! Don’t lie on the phone and say I will do this one time courtesy. Making me drive to your store for nothing. The rudeness and blaming me of wearing those clothes! When obviously they don’t fit my kids! Jeans don’t go past the knee how are they worn?? I won’t be returning to this poor establishment ever. I really hope they look into my review. My feelings were hurt and I was embarrassed. Very poor customer service! Very sad! Unbelievable

Might be a nice store if you can take a day off to go. The hours are ridiculously short during the week and that plaza is a driver's nightmare peak time I. The weekend.

I had the greatest experience at the gap! Although it is roughly 40 minutes from my house it was well worth the commute. Paige in particular was incredible, more than willing to help, a friendly face and offering to grab me items to try on. She made this experience awesome.

Staff incompetent and a bunch of hired lil tweens who wander around store not working. They are not knowledgeable and they won’t help if they even can unless you jump in front of them to get their attention.
