“Take 5 Audio in Middlebury is the new location for a store I used to visit often in New Haven. The high quality audio equipment and customer service are fantastic. They have the best brands like McIntosh, Moon, Sonus faber, Dynaudio, etc. I spent some time auditioning Sonus faber speakers and eventually made a purchase. I am very happy with my experience.”
“I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!”

“Clean, Pleasant, and Kind, the Staff know a lot it's hard to have sooo many selections as in smokes, drinks, Snacks, and Everything as We love about 711 as a kid. Went to the schools. Still dislike the Parking lot it's clean but, not enough lighting. It's fine during the day but, night it's tooo much for me. Need more night staffwith all the Uber eats etc.”

“Johnnie is my guy!!!! Been coming to him for years and no matter what the situation is, he always figures out how to take care of me. I broke my phone this time and he managed to get me a new phone without killing my bill. I bust his balls all the time because Verizon is expensive but I know when I go to him I'm getting someone who knows their stuff and who isn't gonna try to screw me over as soon as I walk in the door. The service is pretty good where I need but he's a big reason why I haven't switched after all these years.”
