“Since they closed the branch a mile from my house, this is my only option now. Luckily, it's right down the street from my gym, so I'm in the area daily. Some of the local staff was transferred here, so I see some familiar faces, and I've met a lot of the staff that had been at this location for a long time. I generally only need the ATM, but the few times I need to deal with a teller have been pleasant.”

It has truly been a pleasure thanks to them.”
“Wanted to start a bank account for my daughters, to help them understand banking but I wanted to know what was available. I just showed up at 10am unannounced and was able to have a meeting with "Melissa" and will bring my daughters when they get out of school today for their first bank accounts! Wonderful local service. I just wish they were open on Saturdays. ?”

“I’ve been a Chase customer for over 40 years. I’ve never been asked to let another customer go in front of me before in my life. The teller did so at this location. In addition, I was told it would be better if I made an appointment next time. I understand my transaction was going to take longer to process than just a deposit, but I waited on line, waited my turn just like everyone else. Perhaps additional tellers should be at the counter during busier times? The situation was handled poorly.”
