I have been a customer for over 20 years and enjoy the staff. I buy chain saws and rent heavy equipment. Front counter staff is relatively new and as my daughter is pulling bodies out of a NC river, we asked to have a flyer posted for aid in this effort. We were told they didn't have time for this so I took back the flyer. Community spirit is a thing of the past apparently.

Came down to the store twice to cut some lumber to the dimensions I needed. They turned me away because they are short on staff to cut lumber today. Well they lost my business.

Staff are ready willing and able to lend a hand, I almost never leave without finding what I need and I get to support a local business

I rented a stump grinder from them on a Saturday at 1 pm. They close at 3 on Saturday so I was unable to return it within the day. Sunday and Monday were a holiday so the earliest I could return was Tuesday morning. I returned it then at 830 am. Despite only 4 hours on the machine they charged me a full day because I physically had the machine. When I explained I could not return it sooner and that I brought it in as soon as possible they said it didn't matter. I then stated if that's the case I'll take it back and return it at 1 pm to ensure I got my full day and I'll use the hours. They quickly told me they would review it internally and call me. NEVER CALLED, CHARGED ME FULLY, AND SENT AN ADDITONAL BILL FOR A DAMAGED TOOTH. So do not believe them when they say they will call and hold you equipment for the full work day! Terrible customer service!!

This is a fantastic store that has a wonderful selection of products. They even have a selection of wood so if you are in the middle of a project to be able to grab some 2x4's this just one more thing that they carry. I can't forget to mention how spotless the store is.

This store is fantastic for hardware shopping! It's a gem, always ready to lend a hand, saving me the hassle of driving 45 minutes away and spending a fortune on gas. Their inventory rivals that of any Home Depot, and with their new location, they're even more convenient.
