No masks worn by the employees here, at all. It used to be nice to have a locally owned auto parts store in town, but they don’t seem to care about the members of their local community.

This is one of the several auto parts places in the area that I use. The store looks small, but has a large inventory in the back. I generally stop here if I'm in the area and need something small--wiper blades, windshield washer or deicer, other car fluids, or even a snow brush if I'm caught out and about when a storm hits. Prices are always more than reasonable, and service is great.

I happened to be in the area and needed to get some windshield defroster spray. The store is small but carries a decent selection of car care needs. Since I was there I checked to see if they carried wiper blades. They do and for a better price than some of the other auto suppliers. Even the spray I purchased was cheaper than what I normally pay. The man at the counter has been there a while and was happy to answer all my questions about what they carry. I like to see there are places like this that are family oriented and friendly and willing to go out of there way for the customer. I will definitely be back for more of my car care needs.

Wow awesome customer service. Great place, I just love the environment. The minute you walk in the door you dont want to take your car anywhere else. Thank you for everything:) they even changed the car clock to the correct time for me. It's the little things that make a difference:)

We had purchased a set of tires from Parsell's about 5 mos ago. Last evening, our wheelchair van picked up a nail and subsequently, a flat tire. This morning, Parsell's was crowded with drivers wanting snow tires installed at the last minute. Parsell's folks promptly repaired the puncture and mounted the tire on our vehicle. It is a pleasure to take our business to Parsell's.
