Could be the worst bank of all time. The customer service is abhorrent. Moved to Chase. They lie, cheat and steal. It’s intolerant.

A very bad bank. You deposit a check, they hold your money for 10 days claiming they need to verify the check. The check is actually cleared in one day. They earn interest from your money but lie to you.

Wanted to start a bank account for my daughters, to help them understand banking but I wanted to know what was available. I just showed up at 10am unannounced and was able to have a meeting with "Melissa" and will bring my daughters when they get out of school today for their first bank accounts! Wonderful local service. I just wish they were open on Saturdays. ?

They don’t answer the phone. You often get someone who doesn’t know what they are doing and there is a very long wait. Not a good situation

Horrible bank! No services except 1970s style ATM.\ Funny story: somebody put out a bunch of Sikorsky Credit Union ballpoint pens in the \\\"lobby\\\".\ That's the type of bank I want to use! And do!

This is absurd. Cannot find a branch anywhere locally to do personal banking with. Everywhere they direct you online says this branch is closed. Use Mobil or ATM. Terrible service will lose customers!

Terrible terrible customer service. Was in bank about 10 min. before closing to change beneficiary on my account and MANAGER Oksana said they were closing or do it on line. This was important. So, I closed the account and took my money to another bank that appreciated my business. Customer Service? No such thing here. The time it took to close my account could have been utilized to change my beneficiary. D***

Impossible hold times. Have had trouble signing on to my "on-line bank account" - have called 10 times in 8 weeks - nothing has been fixed. I'n moving all my accounts to a bank with real Customer Service. This bank is THE WORST. Go elsewhere - np

This is by far one of the best BoA's I have been to yet. Everyone was extremely friendly helpful. Especially Victoria Cover. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I left very satisfied with my visit.

Service is terrible. Every time I tried their notary service, they always find a lot of excuse to delay and refuse. It only takes 5 minute to do notary but they ask you come 3 days late.

annoying! went two days straight turned away on those two days just because only one person has special access to some b******** if i only have another choice i wouldn't go back to this location. the aggravation it caused me in two days was overwhelming!
