The lines are usually long, but the manger, Manny was fabulous. He helped me multiple times with a very specific issue and I’d continue to go to this store just to see him! He was very honest and upfront with my husband and I and we rave about his customer service! 10/10!

Don’t even bother showing up you will be very disappointed in customer service and overall experience was very poor. I can’t wait to switch to AT&T. Didn’t even help my girlfriend set up her phone or offer help beyond what was required. ??

As a small business owner, I had been a loyal customer of Verizon for close to a decade. Then one day I decided to get 2 new iPhones to surprise my managers and stopped into this corporate store in my neighborhood. The store assigned to me a dedicated Account Manager. Things went south real quick from that point on due to sleazy and unfair trade practices!
The sales person sold me a ton of product and services that I did not need, but he pushed it regardless, saying that there is a great deal and that the payments will not start until I say so. As a business owner, I don't check my "utilities bills" regularly, especially with reputed companies like Verizon. When I did glance at it a few months later, I found that Verizon had been billing me crazy amounts since my last visit. I called the customer service line at least 50 times, and was told that the issue will be resolved. Finally they sent me a return label through UPS. I sent everything back, unopened. The error in billing continued even after I returned everything.
I had to terminate my services with Verizon. I wanted to stay on (honestly because I did not have the time to shop around and transfer lines....too much work for a small business owner). But I just did not have a choice.
I also tried to work with the local store. When I visited, I was introduced to the Account Manager's supervisor. She was helpful. She understood. But she could also not get the customer service team to do anything. So she stopped responding.
There was no other avenue to get resolution in Verizon. I have engaged an attorney and now there are so many options, including the AG office, courts and social media. There is also an option to write directly to the Verizon executive team at their corporate office.
Sharing this for the benefit of other unsuspecting customers who may assume, like me, that Verizon is a reputed brand, so let's trust whatever they say! Please be careful.

Make sure you do your research, know your plan, and what you want before you go in. Employees will lie to you and try to tell you made up things in order to get you to spend more money for commission. I went in on Saturday in order to upgrade my phone and was told I would not get any trade in value for my current phone and there were no promotions available. I questioned that because on my Verizon app I had definitely seen there were promos available to get up to $800 off the phone I wanted. They then told me that in order to get $400 off the trade-in I had to change my plan to one that would charge me $60 more than what I was paying now for “more hotspot capabilities”, a feature I never use. I left because that was honestly crazy. Instead I did my trade in online where i was able to use a promo and get money off, plus did not have to change my plan at all. Also, I later found that the reason the plan was $60 more was because the employee was adding a bunch of perks on there that I never asked for to drive up the price. The dishonesty is truly disgusting.

worst experience ive ever had anywhere. went in for a broken screen and the employee pulls out an iphone 15 and starts working on it before asking me if i even wanted a new phone. added a screen protector & case without asking. financed that new phone that i didn’t want nor need without asking if wanted to pay in full or finance. was NEVER even given a receipt, just a quote. the “new phone” didn’t even sync to my old one. lost all my contacts & photos. went back and they IMMEDIATELY directed me to apple, where i got my broken fixed in 1 hour. the employee was a complete scammer & took full advantage of my youth & inexperience in phones. the most disgusting part is that my bday was the next day & he didn’t care if i had a working phone or not. it’s been 4 days since i fixed my phone & i still can’t get internet without wifi & can’t make phone calls. my family’s been with verizon for 20+ years and we plan on switching to a new carrier soon. the manager was unhelpful & rude, every employee but mohammed was the same. this was the worst experience ive ever had with any store. NEVER go here for anything.

Only come here if you several hours to spare. There is only ever 1 slow employee in the building at a time and their selection is limited. A complete waste of time.

They are normally very busy so plan to spend 15min+ waiting for an employee but they are always very nice and very helpful!

I went to Verizon in South Windsor and worked with Stevens. One of the advantages was that he is bilingual and bicultural. He is and excellent worker. He took the patience to help me with a lot of issues that I had with the phone that I need to trade. I called customer care 4 times with the same issue and no one helped me. I went another Verizon in Ct and he was the only one and the other customer center guy name Juan that fixed the problem I had. Thank you to Stevens and Juan for the help.
