I can't stand this place. I go in there once a year to buy the Hallmark snowman for my sister and it's such a hassle. I can't tell you how much time I spent online signing up for a crown rewards to get a five dollar coupon snowman is on sale for 20% off With free shipping to the store but when you apply the five dollar coupon they add eight dollars back to ship to the store. I've tried a number of ways to try and get the cost down from $40 and it's such a gimmick by the time you get done buying the necessary cards you've spent almost $40 anyway. if it weren't for the fact that my sister has the entire collection, I would never walk in this place. Not only that every year the quality goes down and the price goes up. So typical of corporate America.

I went to The Paper Store in Evergreen Walk in search of a gift for a friend who loves Lilly Pulitzer stuff. They have a small selection of Lilly Pulitzer clothing, but they also have accessories and stationary. This Paper Store has everything here. There's fall decor, puzzles, Barbies, games for kids. There's tumblers, of all sizes, colors and brands, including the very popular Stanley cup.There's gifts for men, like camping stuff and socks. Of course the men's section is much smaller in comparison to everything else.There's jewelry here, like Kendra Scott.They have all kinds of decor for your home. With the fall season in mind, there's all sorts of decorative pumpkins for fall. Most of the items are pretty expensive, if you could find the same item at Marshall's I'd get it there instead. Most items are sold at manufacturer's price. They have a very small section of sale items.It's also good to look here during Christmas for a special ornament.The Paper Store may be a good place to find a special gift that may be difficult to find elsewhere.

This was my first time visiting The Paper Store, I was overwhelmed with the selection of products they carry. My reason for stopping in was to get a birthday gift. One of the workers went out of their way to assist me in picking out the best gift for my wife, she even wrapped it for me. The customer service was spectacular, its hard to find places like this nowadays. Most businesses are understaffed and hurting for workers. I will be back.

Many nice items, quite a variety. Everything is pricey, though. I received a coupon in the mail which brought me into the store but everything I would have bought was excluded from the coupon.

I am a person of color. The manager was out and about talking to all of the customers. He went out his way to speak with my White friend, who I was shopping with. He did not speak to me at all. When we were leaving I was walking out of the store in front of my friend and he was telling customers to have a great day. I went to tell him have a great day when he reached out past me to speak to my friend and tell her have a great day and then and he wished the White customers behind me a great day as well. I'll shop at other Paper Stores, as I do enjoy the inventory selection!

This store has so many different products, including clothes & accessories! The store is huge! Unique gifts & cards, a whole Vera Bradley section. If you are looking for something special for a gift, this is a good place to start!
