Eric is the best! Truly listens and cares about what you want. It was my first time doing anything to my hair and he really made me comfortable through the whole process few months ago and I loved my hair! Went again today for balayage and he did an amazing job once again! I walked out feeling so good about myself and happy with how my hair turned out! So glad I choose this salon!!Services: Haircut

I used this salon several years ago and was pretty happy about the services I received the urge to see what else was out there but I find myself back here I am more than delighted with my stylist Melissa. She not only removed 10 pounds of hair (which is being donated) but made me look at least 10 years younger. I'm so happy I'm back where I belong!!!

Melissa, Keri & Jen are phenomenal, and if I hadn’t moved away- I’d still be coming here. Melissa is talented beyond her years & takes pride in her work. She takes time to make sure you look and feel beautiful when you leave her chair and I got so many compliments when was in charge of my hair ☺️. I never leave reviews but I also never leave a place almost in tears because I feel so good about myself. Molly did my hair and I have never had someone have so much knowledge about waves and curls or give me something that suits me! She did such an amazing job that I feel so beautiful and happy with my natural hair. If you have curly or wavy hair, get the Deva Cut from Molly!

I love this salon for so many reasons. They never forgot about their clients (even during the pandemic). My stylist, Melissa is a very special and kind person! She helped me get my hair more beautiful, long and healthy than it has ever been and taught me about hair mistakes I was making. I was even able to wean off keratin treatments and learn to love my curls a bit more while going here. It's amazing what your hair can do under the right care! Thanks y'all (and thanks to Jen in reception as well)

I have frizzy crazy curly hair & Melissa is one of the 3 people I’ve met in 30 years that is competent and patient enough to manage it. This salon is so clean and everyone from reception to management is friendly, competent and kind. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you. These ladies are the best (professionally and personally).

You are in good hands with anyone at Style Points!! I have super curly hair and will never go anywhere else (been going here since I moved to the CT area in 2017!). Melissa is my go to stylist and she does an amazing balayage! She is also super knowledgeable about the latest products that are great on curly hair as well as how to prevent hair damage. I always leave very happy and my hair super refreshed :)The atmosphere at the salon is always so welcoming and the front desk staff is always super friendly, responsive, and accommodating as well! This review is based on a specific service they said they provide and that they are clueless about (DEVA CURL CUT). I took my daughter for a deva curl hair cut which it was listed in their website as a service they provide, we usually bring her to DevaChan but since we saw in their website that they offered Deva Curl cuts we decided to give it a shot and ill just going to honestly say that they (or the stylist that provided the service to us) have no clue of what a deva curl cut is; they damaged my daughters hair using a comb in her curls then spraying water to cut her hair, Thats a big no for curly hair cut. I paid her even gave her a tip but we were more than unhappy and disappointed with the supposed deva curl hair cut!Services: Hairstyling

Have been here for almost 7-8 years now but in patches. All my stylists left to have their own salons which was awesome. But somehow those locations never worked for me so kept coming back here. I had mixed experiences here always. But today's review will be just based on today's experience. My boyfriend needed a haircut and when I called and asked for appointment and if possible include waxing eyebrows at the same time for me. I was given 9 AM. We were there exactly at 9. I was told my stylist will do a Color application and will take me in. Since I will anyways have to wait for his haircut I was okay. But then it was 9:14 and she took in the lady who was to have the Color done I'm guessing. Also sounded like she was late. So instead of making her wait, they decided to make me wait more. Finally at 9:27 they came yo call me. Excuse me. When I'm late I'm told a lot of things abt how busy they are and inconvenient they will be and they can even refuse service. Okay. So you don't think I have any work, that I can wait for as long as it takes you to take in the other guest who was clearly late. Is it because mine is waxing which is may be 10 times less price than her colouring!!! I'm extremely disappointed by their professionalism. Just reminded me why I left every time I came back here after few visits. No I don't need to Color my hair every now and then so I will only need haircuts may be once a year and waxing every month. If that's not enough business for you to make it the time I was given appointment for then thanks. Don't need to spoil my mood in the morning.
