RCN does a good Job I enjoy working with Michael Carrozala and Shauna Lavette.The issue is that whoever layers the Product makes changes to guidelinesMid-Loan. That's not the above mentioned Team's issue. The issue is that on Time Sensitive Transactions.I make their Lives Miserable, by calling and getting upset about the ever changing target of CTC.Besides that they are a good Group.And competitive Pricing. Service is what Matters and they are very professional!!Bill Winkelman

Save yourself the trouble and find another hard money lender. The loan officer I tried to work with was rude, unorganized, and did not communicate. Their fees are predatory and they pulled a bait and switch on my client. Baited him with 80% LTV fix and flip loan which was switched to 40% LTV after the client spent almost $3000 on different fees RCN "required" to get to underwriting.

For DSCR loans they are the most competitive as far as pricing and rebates for LO’s is nice for comp, but their closing process can drag on and on. Common to take over a week to get CTC even after all the docs are submitted which makes borrowers frustrated and wondering why they can’t close. Assigned LO’s are hit and miss to return your emails and calls

Communication in the beginning was prompt, but as we got into the process processor kept asking for random documents that normally doesn’t have anything to do with a normal loan process and they only responded to emails once per day.The process took way longer than it should have due to Loan Officer not answering for almost 2 weeks.
