Very arrogant and rude staff. If you don’t dress like you’re rich they won’t give you the time of day. Spoke with one lady to get a dining table which I had cash for right on the spot. She said she’d be right with me in a “don’t bother/talk to me attitude” which I brushed off. After 30+ minutes of waiting at the table which she saw me at I tried to get her attention several times to which she just kept walking past not acknowledging and completely ignored me. I just sat and watched to see how many other customers she would serve while ignoring me and making direct eye contact. Seriously don’t go to this store. Bunch of dirtbags.

I will never shop at pottery barn again! They are overpriced garbage. I ordered an entertainment center in October & it's March & I'm still dealing with them. 1st delivery came with 2 damaged pieces. I was told no problem, they would replace it. About 6 phone calls later because of 12 different reasons(originally the reorder wasn't put in right, the order was put on the wrong system, etc, etc) I finally had someone come out only for them to find that the replacement was in worse shape then the original. So much of my wasted time & the only compensation to keep the original junk was 20% discount. Never again! I ordered furniture from 3 different furniture stores at the same time I ordered this piece from pottery barn, and there was no issue with any of the other stores' furniture items. I know where I won't be going again!

I love Pottery Barn decor, bedroom and furniture. I love the rustic style and usually I buy a lot at the store in Ever green walk, South Windsor. However i wanna give 3 stars because some employees at this store are very arrogant! I bought months ago some vases to decor my living room. Unfortunately it was too big for my coffee table and console. I did return twice at the store and the some employees was mean and sarcastic with me. My husband said because I am black woman and I dress simple. Thats why they act like that with me. However I can buy anything at Pottery Barn, even the entire store if I want. But they don't know that right! I just don't care and still buying whatever I like. Some people should be at home instead being mean with a customer.

This company is a joke! All 4 pieces of furniture I purchased within the last year has been defective. They tried to 'repair' it by sending out a 'furniture medic', and tried replacing pieces which were all defective and/or damaged when they arrived too. They picked my furniture up 26 days ago and no-one can provide me with a check number or tracking number. They keep saying the check has been sent when I call but, I finally got a supervisor to let me know that the check hasn't been released yet! Not only is there furniture overpriced and not of the quality they claim it to be, they have no hijacked my money too! Don't waste your time or money here!

RETURN PROCESS: They lie to you that your original credit card payment is expired so you are forced to take store credit. Call the main line to make sure the store isn’t taking advantage of you.

My wedding registry experience at Pottery Barn was not a pleasant experience at all. I would not advise using their registry service. We did not receive the name or gift messages from the gifts received from our wedding guests who purchased from here as all but one package received came with a packing slip. This also made it very difficult to return an item if a duplicate was received since we did not have access to an order number. When I mentioned this to a registry consultant they advised that IT could update our gift tracker with the messages, this did not happen. Instead, what did happen was my registry list was deleted and now I can no longer see who gave us gifts for our wedding which is completely unacceptable.

Pottery Barn is Pottery Barn but the service at this one is very good. The salesperson was not pushy and quickly answered all my questions.

PLEASE THINK before you purchase from Pottery Barn. I have received the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life from this company. Not once, or twice but 3 times I have had HORRIBLE experiences. Most recently I bought an $800 coffee table. It was delivered with a knot in the wood that was filled with putty that is cracking and peeling right on top. I sent pictures and have been waiting 15 days. I have followed up 4 times still with no resolution. I received an email saying someone will come inspect it and attempt to repair it. This is NOT something that can be repaired this is right on top of the piece and looks AWFUL! I will no longer be purchasing from pottery barn. Your customers should come first and your follow up and customer service needs MAJOR improvement. Customer Service should match the quality and price of the product.

Stopped inside thinking I would check the place out for holiday ideas. .Came across some really coolCeramic lanterns in off white, gray, and black. The perfect gift for a friend who is into the Magnolia Style of decorating.They come in different sizes and are / were located by the front door. A bit pricey but worth the splurge for a holiday gift as they were so unique.Covid compliance: One door for entry and exit. A person by the door keeping track of the number of people in the store. Hand sanitizer available at the door and recommended. Masks worn by patrons & staff. Plexiglass at the checkout.

Poor customer service and no longer allowing for price adjustments if an item goes on sale after ordering but before it’s even delivered. PB continues to disappoint and cannot compete with other major online retailers that have flexible policies for shipping/returns/price adjustments. Come on PB, keep up with the times! Will not be shopping with them in the future.
