This location is definitely not the most organized of the stop& shop that I have been into. I had a very difficult time finding the sugar substitutes and no signs to direct me. I really wish the signs above the aisles mention The basic kitchen staples needed for every pantry. One of the signs should have the word spices on it to make it easier to find salt, sugar, and other kind of ingredients

My personal opinion is that the employees are not customer oriented. Yes, the older employees are very helpful, but the majority, the younger, seem to think that customer is a downright nuisance. I reach for something in produce while the employee is stocking the shelf. He lets out a heavy, annoyed sigh. employees are in the aisles, they see me waiting and don't move or offer help. The digital coupon I've loaded doesn't work. They shrug and offer a lame excuse, or get help at a literal snail's pace. My last experience was a box of candy priced at 6.99 in the aisle. Rang up at 10.22. The older lady employee was anxious to help, but her efforts were stymied by the total nonchalance of the under 30 crowd. i left there. after 10 minutes of waiting, without the chocolate. I've never been back. i was told in my youth that 'the customer is not an interruption of our business, he IS our business.' Apparently the lion's share of your employees have never heard that or have chosen to ignore it.

Bad customer service. Always show up late and out of over half of items that they say they have in stock and place holds on your card for way to much and drag feet refunding the difference

On Friday before Valentine’s Day I picked out a dozen long stem roses, with extra baby’s breath. I was going to take them home and leave in my garage until Valentine’s Day, but the Floral manager said that would kill them and suggested I leave them until that morning and they would be ready to go. I picked them up and went home to give them to my wife for our first Valentine’s since we got married in December. When she opened them to put in a vase there were only 10 ! I called the store and spoke to the manager Ron , who was nice enough to have someone bring me out another dozen ASAP. Thank you so much Ron , it will be a first Valentine’s to remember!! ?

what a disappointment today. crowded and only one checkout open. I had to use self checkout if I didn't want to wait. a large order with no space to place that which was rung out. also..$11.99 for Angus roast beef from the deli...virtually inedible. not natural roasted beef...some manner of ground and pressed meat rendered rubbery.
