Spent an entire day waiting for a shipment that was never even sent out because they apparently called my phone 2 times the week before but never got in contact with anybody never left a message never called the shipper. I will no longer accept any shipments from this company.

Good luck getting anything shipped I dropped off a pallet to be shipped payed for 3 day shipping they miss placed package and failed to ship for 5 days then took an additional 5 days to deliver failed to meet contract then send an additional invoice of $239. Also Costing my company an additional 2 weeks of down time think twice before shipping with this company

I was in making a transfer of freight, the whole drop took less then 10 mins. From pulling up to the gate, asking for a door, getting unloading and pulling off the property. Their response is fast and professional. Best experience i ever had dropping at another company's terminal.
