New England Mailing Systems is located in the USA and although we are in Canada we still use NEMS for mailing equipment. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. A couple of times we have needed to upgrade our equipment and they have gone the extra mile to put together the appropriate equipment and have it shipped to Canada. Can't say enough good things about NEMS other then I wish they were in Canada.
