There just aren’t enough positive words I can say about Mike, he answered our questions, has patience and overall did his best to get us a lower payment, honest and that’s a hard thing to find nowadays in the insurance industry.

As a long-time customer of Allstate, I left Allstate a few years back because of Michael Skaling. He had taken over the office vacated by Tony Desmond who had retired. I had good experience when Tony ran the offices which is why I stayed. And since Michael took over the service became bad from my perspective. Michael would often not respond to my questions. I found his business communications and practices unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Michael always gets back to me quickly. He has answers to all of my questions and genuinely cares if I have a problem. He is very personable and kind. We've been working with him for many many years now and really like him.

Amanda at the South Windsor Allstate was great helping me with signing up for motorcycle insurance. As a new motorcycle owner Amanda helped with figuring out what the best coverage for me & also was very informative with her knowledge of motorcycles & safety coverage. My wife & I already have homeowners & automobile insurance with Allstate & it was another great experience.

My first vehicle , I had no knowledge of insurance etc a friend had suggested Allstate so I decided to give it a try . One of the best customer service call reps Ive ever spoken with , her name was Amanda . Amanda was so accommodating and patient , she walked me through every aspect of my car insurance and reassured me that I had made the right choice choosing Allstate . Amanda probably has no idea how nervous and worried I was but she was so kind and set me at ease .I would refer anyone i know for Allstate and I hope they get Amanda when they call because she is what sold me on the insurance ! 5 stars to Allstate and 5 stars for Amanda ! Thank you Amanda and Allstate !
