Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful displays. Clean, clean, clean throughout the store. A great variety of merchandise from pet products to outdoor survival. All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. Their variety, availability, and range of sizes are amazing.As you can tell, I recommend a trip to this store for a great experience.

Good quality merchandise. A little pricey but the shoes, clothing, and camping supplies are sturdy and durable.

Phyllis with a PH, lol! Every time we have gone back we remember the greating during Christmas time while picking up a monograph bag! Phyllis made us laugh that day.

LL bean has a good quality product, some of the styles are a bit funky I think and also I believe the product is a bit pricey though

I recently had a fantastic experience at L.L. Bean when my husband and I decided to stop in and try on their winter boots. We had heard that their boot fit differs from standard shoes, so we wanted to make sure we found the perfect pair. The sales associate who assisted was very nice and helped us pick out custom laces for our new boots. The store had a variety of options, combined with great deals, which made it easy for us to find the right boots for our needs. We left the store feeling satisfied with our purchase and grateful for the great service we received. Thank you, L.L. I purchased a high end nightgown from Bean. Not only is it outsized, (which no one bothered to mention to me until after the fact. Of course). The night gown has no pockets, so is basically useless to me. I might as well shop somewhere else. Btw. 3 stars is me being generous!

My family has gone to both locations for a long time. We are always greeted by name with a smile. That is a huge perk of a family owned business. Recently, I needed to change my setting for my diamond. We found one ring in East Longmeadow and the other in Chicopee. They made the process easy and stress free, on top of being affordable! I never imagined this would be on my finger!
