The tellers have an attitude problem, and doing doing what the clients ask for. Had the same issue with a different teller yesterday . Also just lied right to my face.

Love, love, love I think this is the BEST branch of all the branches I have done my business with. Every single person will say hello as soon as you walk in the door. The tellers have personalities and really know their business. One day in particular I used the drive thru but the tube wasn't working. The teller came in the speaker and said " I'll be more than happy to come out and take your transaction". WHO DOES THAT????? I told her that wasn't necessary, I'll come in. Really? Talk about going out if your way for service!

I just spent 30 minutes at this drive thru window. It was 8-10 minutes before anyone even came over to the window. In the time I was there 3 cars left from behind me. I honestly would have left if they didn’t have my paychecks….once they returned my paychecks they tried to blame me for having too many transactions. When In reality I have had the same amount of transactions and been in and out in 10 minutes at other branches. Needless to say I will not be returning, it’s unfortunate since I have been going my whole life. Not sure if they are under staffed or just lazy, but 30 minutes at a drive thru window is just ridiculous.

I use KeyBank as treasurer for a non profit organization. They are so easy to work with. My contact at Key, Brian is amazing. I wish I had business relationships with every company like I do with Key. The drive through is excellent and I'm in and out in no time. Today I had to use the walk in teller because I knew the amount of $1's I had would not go through the pipe. Though the line was long, they moved fast. The woman who worked with me was incredibly cheerful, even for a busy Saturday. If you are looking for a bank, this is a great one.

Teller staff avoiding eye contact in the hope i that I go the other counter. Staff telling the manager he won't attend to customer bcoz he needs to out of there in next 10 mins. Lack of professionalism and customer service! Prefer other branches if you have nearby

Plenty of parking. Entrance to complex is at a traffic signal which is convenient. ATM is outside .... like without a door... like its California or something. ATM deposits are envelope-free. As far as fees/policies, FN is pretty average. Ive never had a bad experience at this branch. Branch staff are friendly and eager. They're probably bored - who goes into a teller anymore these days?? Well OK, I did...but you know...its a rare occurance.

Rolf L. down there doesn't know what he's talking about. An online bank "where fees and rules don't apply?" Really? ALL FDIC insured banks have to comply with federal regulations. As far as banks go, First Niagara is great. They allow tellers to reimburse fees instead of having customers wait for a banker or manager. Their credit cards are serviced directly by First Niagara, instead of through an outside vendor. FN is forgiving on the fees (if you ask nicely), upfront about the costs (the purpose of any company is to make money; banks cannot exist if everything is free, Rolf), and all of the branches in Manchester & South Windsor have friendly, attentive tellers.

More concerned with insignificant policies than being helpful. Slow, not organized, and don't communicate policies to each other. If you care about customer service dont bother. Grow up and join a online bank where fees and rules don't apply.
