Julie was the buying agent on our recent home purchase. I can’t imagine having a better agent to work with in such a competitive market. She was extremely responsive and in constant contact with us. She answered all our questions patiently and promptly. We never felt pressured by her nor did she push us out of our comfort zone with budget. At the same time, she is a superb negotiator with an aggressive yet professional approach. She was not going to let us lose our house but also got us a beautiful updated home for under asking price. Julie explained the entire process ahead of time which happened exactly how she said it would. Her 20 years of experience in real estate and her expertise in negotiating make her incomparable to other agents in the area.

Julie did an amazing job helping us find our first home when we moved to Connecticut from Massachusetts in 2012. Her expertise saved us a lot of money, so of course we came back to her in 2023 after we had two kids and were looking for our "forever" home to raise our kids. She connected us with great contractors so that we could prepare our home for the market. Once we spotted a home we loved, she helped guide us through this crazy sellers market so that we could get the house we wanted. Despite Julie's assurances she could do it, and with the efforts of her amazing stager and professional photographer, we sold our first home in just a few days for more than we thought we could! Julie and her team are phenomenal! Every detail from listing to closing was seamless perfection. We had an over asking price offer within days of listing and were under contract less than a week from date of listing! Our property is beautiful but is in a remote location so this no small feat, even in this market. My realtor Julie was great from start to finish. I admire her professionalism as she navigates the sale process of my home which did not stay on the market for more than a few days. Everyone was surprised at how fast she was able to get my house under contract at a price worth accepting. I was very impressed with the team of professionals that she had available to get the house ready for sale, from the stager to the landscaper who really gave the yard that “wow” touch.
