I get a text message that my order was delivered. Never got it and no one is answering their phone and I have been calling multiple times. I waited all day for it to be delivered.Update. I called home depot who called the delivery service who called the drive who then called me and delivered my items.

I’m going on 48 hours of no delivery, no show , no call- nothing - this delivery is for windows for my house. The siding company is coming tomorrow to side my house but now can’t without windows.Nobody will pick up the phone and their hours end at 4:30pm.This will delay my project and cost me a few thousand. I highly recommend not using this company. Home Depot contracts with J&J for delivery so ASK NOT to use them and have your order sourced through a more reputable reliable company.

Delivery drivers were friendly, helpful, and professional.Whoever is scheduling/managing deliveries has no idea what theyre doing.

Overnight parking for OTR drivers and it's quiet! Plenty of restaurants in the area but you must disconnect trailer and bobtail.The docks are actually garage doors and you back into a very W I D E garage door. Very easy to get into even with other trucks in the way.This is one of the few places in New England's that I've been to that mainly services box trucks but has more than enough room for OTR drivers to maneuver and back into a space

I wish I could leave zero stars. Every step of the process of trying to get my cabinets delivered was painful, confusing and downright frustrating. The first contact I had from the company was a driver calling to tell me they were 10 minutes away for my delivery. Imagine my surprise since I hadn’t set up a date or confirmed that date with the company. Then trying to “reschedule” that time they kept telling me “since you refused your first delivery attempt” I would get charged fees and such. They also won’t give you a timeframe for delivery-it’s an all day affair. I was even more frustrated since several of the first cabinets arrived damaged. So I had to set up a second delivery with the company who insisted to try and set up a delivery and pickup on separate dates which would have required me to take another two days at home. When I finally got both of those scheduled for the same day, I asked if I would get a call to confirm. They kept saying I “should” get a call. No call-no show for delivery. So I call the company to set up yet another delivery. So imagine my surprise when they show up on my doorstep on a different day from the date we picked. When I call the company confused, they read the notes to me saying I requested a delivery date of Monday to me so why was I upset? Well your notes say delivery on Monday but it’s the Wednesday before that Monday…All in all this delivery has been one of the most exhausting, frustrating, and insane processes I could ever imagine. If you can avoid having this company as your delivery company, I would do so at all costs.

Was supposed to have cabinets delivered Friday, 8-12. They didn't show up, and when we called we were told we were the last stop and we had to wait. Called again later, we were told the truck broke down and they weren't delivering. They were gonna try again for the following Tuesday. Today is Tuesday. I waited again, from 8-12. Nobody showed up. Nobody bothered to notify us about anything or keep us updated. We had to call multiple times because one person said "they aren't going to come today." AT 11:30, and then the driver lied to Home Depot and said they delivered it. They had the NERVE TO LIE TO HOME DEPOT AND SAY THEY DELIVERED THEM WHEN THEY NEVER CAME. THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING. THEY LIED TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE ABOUT DELIVERING. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

On the positive, I had pleasant contact with two customer service reps; I tried unsuccessfully to reach dispatch twice.We received an automated voicemail the Friday before our Monday delivery. Unfortunately, the time was left out. I called the company Monday morning when they opened and I was told the delivery was set up between 8 AM and 12 PM. I took off work. At 1:12 PM I called again to check the delivery status; customer service still had the 8 am to 12 pm time showing. They checked with dispatch who said the door never loaded because it was too bug for the van. The door is actually double French doors with side lights, measuring at 110” in length.I have now been told I will receive a call on Wednesday afternoon informing me of the new time for Thursday.My issues: I lost six hours of pay and dispatch did not bother to call to inform me there would be no delivery. I now need to take more time off on Thursday. People in our house work overnights, and we also deal with child care. None of this is acceptable. Not that it will matter to the mill work company or Home Depot, but I will be contacting them next.

Home Depot is affiliated with this company for their deliveries, ordered kitchen cabinets and it was a complete mess, horrible experience with customer service confirming delivery date and never showed up (4 times) finally when they did ( one month and a half later) delivered half of the order because they didn't know where the rest of the order was. I had to return everything to home depot after all the time wasted, lots of money lost and aggravation some of the cabinets were damaged.If you buying anything in home depot the requires delivery You may encounter the same service from this company.

Warehouse managers with the mentality of a middle school bully! It saddens me to see a grown adult belittle another grown adult in such a cruel demeaning way. You must feel really small inside if you have to treat anyone like that. Disgusting. Nothing but bad energy here. Security guard was the only person I encountered in this place with a kind soul.

Stars are only for the delivery guys. Polite, on time and handled items with care. The Warehouse changed dates, were rude and have lost so many cabinets I can’t keep track anymore! We were told 5 items arriving today. Two showed. We were told again others are lost.

Honestly, We are getting extremely frustrated with this company. on multiple occasions they lose and "cant find our deliveries" or are missing our items and no one can tell me where they are. 1 employee told me to "reorder" my item these are expensive materials and honestly home depot need to drop them. you guys have poor communication skills and are extremely rude by hanging up the phone. every time I call they say "ill leave a message" "the guys are looking for your item as we speak" and then days go by and they cant find it. HORRID and it hurts my soul so much!!! we have deadlines to meet and this is just messing us up so much! ZERO STARS!!!!! be better!AS OF TODAY STILL NO ANSWER ON MY CABINET!! I TALKED TO THE "SUPERVISOR" WANDY GONZALEZ AND I HAD to yell at her because she is giving me the run around.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They’ve set up four different delivery dates and no showed no called even after I was 100% guaranteed my shipment would be delivered. The poor phone operators aren’t able to accomplish anything. Who knows where my kitchen cabinets are at this point but it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting them anytime soon. Be weary of buying through Home Depot if this is your delivery service.

I’m a truck driver I was worried about the reviews (which you shouldn’t) my appt was for 7am trailer full of cabinets on the floor. I checked in at 6:30am the guys over there were really nice. I was empty in less than 2 hours. Entrance to the place it’s very narrow and hard to see at night can be easily missed. Be nice and respectful to them that’s all.

I agreed to the delivery time they set and then they no showed and didn’t call. When I called them they said they couldn’t fit my delivery on the truck and the manager would call me back. The manager did not call and I am driving down to get the stuff myself: I will never order Anderson windows through Home Depot again because of this “shipping company”.
