“I went to Verizon in South Windsor and worked with Stevens. One of the advantages was that he is bilingual and bicultural. He is and excellent worker. He took the patience to help me with a lot of issues that I had with the phone that I need to trade. I called customer care 4 times with the same issue and no one helped me. I went another Verizon in Ct and he was the only one and the other customer center guy name Juan that fixed the problem I had. Thank you to Stevens and Juan for the help.”

“On September 21, 2023 I went to the Verizon in Enfield to order the iPhone 15 and was ignored by the workers. I was disgusted by the way they treated me and refused to ever go back! The next day I came to this location in East Windsor and it was a complete 180! Dan and Brandon were very friendly and super helpful! Not only did I get a new phone but Dan helped me transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone smoothly! I highly recommend this location! It's not super crowded so the workers are very attentive! This is my go to Verizon location from now on!”

“Gavin was the only one working tonight and did an amazing job handling myself and the other customer in need. There were a total of two parties in the store, five people total with various needs and he made sure that we were all taken care of-- juggling multiple requests at once and still ensuring that no accounts were mixed up. “I don't normally do reviews but my experience stands out from a customer service perspective so I definitely wanted to take the time. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but I needed a new phone immediately after crushing mine at work. I too am in customer service and during the time I was there I witnessed a level of multi tasking and care for everyone that came into the store. I could tell he really cared and that's not easy these days. Keep up the great work guys ☺️”

“I bought a phone about 5 weeks ago a TCL phone I've had good luck with it so far the customer service was good and no complaints so far hopefully I don't have any I also wanted to mention I went to pay my first bill and I got there right at closing time and he stayed 10 or 15 min past closing time so I could pay the bill which I appreciate it thxs again Steve h”

“This store has top quality customer service. I visited today (12/22) during peek holiday hours and the store was well organized and all of the customers were being attended too in an orderly fashion. Even in a holiday rush the employees were top notch and the manager (John I believe) was actively helping his customers and team mates. Best Verizon experience ever.”

“Been going to this location since switching to T-Mobile when sprint was bought out. Every time the team at this location has always solved my issues. This time Rachel was the one who helped me. She set me up with an upgraded and added a line. It was a super smooth process simply because Rachel knew what she was doing. Not only that but she helped me set up data backup I didn’t know existed. She made some good suggestions on accessories that I ended up purchasing as well. Also like to shoutout the store manager (forgot your name sorry). He was incredibly helpful with transferring the data to the new phones. Another shoutout to Lucas. He helped me a few weeks ago as well and was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!”

“Cox store @54 hazard Ave, Enfield. I recently returned some cable equipment , the young man that helped me was really good! He got me in and out in 2 minutes!. This is after being on the phone with internet service for 50 minutes!. Now that is way to long!. To cancel my cable service . That sucked!.”

“This is a convenient location on Deming St within the center of the Plaza.My only complaint is that they don't open up until 10 a.m. If you are an early riser, like myself, you'll find this a tad annoying. There was a line waiting at the door before the store opened. ?Returning equipment is on the righthand side of the store, near the entry. Payment of accounts is located on the left. It was nice that they were able to transfer information between stations but was a bit surprised that the customer had to move from station to station. If there is a line - you get to wait again - just be prepared mentally for it.Check out for me went fairly smoothly, and since I was closing my account, they were able to recalculate my bill on the spot so I could close it out that day rather than wait for a bill.”

“Frontier's fiber system works amazingly so far (6 months), and I didn't have any of the issues that other people seem to have had. My internet has been reliable and has had all the speed I could want and more. I had a question about the first billing cycle and the help line was responsive, quick, pleasant, and helpful. Rick came to do an install and was here at the beginning of the time window, was respectful, and knew his stuff. From other reviews it seems like the DSL system isn't the best, but I would recommend giving the fiber system a shot.”
