This is the most unprofessional place you would ever encounter. A super nasty group of people acting rude to customer. Every single time is a BAD experience. If you ever have questions, they raised their voice, yelled at you, rolled eyes on you, argue with you, and the end is always telling you loudly and rudely: "you have to ask the insurance company" or " I can't do anything about it". They don't know anything but counting the pills. No wonder my company have switched to Costco Health Solution this year. We are going to change to Costco or Walgreen for all the pharmaceutical need.

Went to the Minute Clinic here today and the staff was so kind and helpful. My appointment was right on time and the space was very clean. The doctor was wonderful as well. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Been getting the same script for 10 years and never had a problem. This location is cleaner and safer than most in some other towns close by.

I had scheduled a flu vaccine via CVS online for the Minute Clinic. My appointment was 2:30pm and I arrived at 2:25pm. I checked in and waited as instructed. After 15min, I approached a CVS staff member who guided me to pharmacy. The pharmacist sent me back to the Minute Clinic and assured me a representative would assist me. After waiting an additional 25min, a Minute Clinic representative approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I told her my appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm and she replied by stating, “we take lunch from 2pm-3pm and I must have made a mistake and scheduled my vaccination with pharmacy. I showed her my Minute Clinic confirmation and she said there was nothing she could do. I headed back to pharmacy and explained the Minute Clinic told me to get my vaccine from pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely rude and told me to wait in line (approximately 8 people). My time is extremely valuable and I certainly don’t have an afternoon to wait. If customer service is a priority, the Minute Clinic healthcare provider would have apologized for the error and provided me a flu vaccine (there was no one in the waiting area). This site clearly does not care about their clients.

Absolutely terrible going to move Prescriptions to Walgreens. Placed an order at 630 am for two and only one was ready at 530 pm. Then had to stand and wait.

My visit in CVS was a great experience, helping at cashier station was on and above, the young Lady Victoria (taken from the slip) was down to earth helping me with products and payments. It was also second young Lady who I met another time and I was impressed with they care all shoppers. Bravo !!! to have devoted employees.

The potholes going through the drive thru are about a foot deep And the window still shut down for testing only. Switching to Walgreens.

I had a very good experience with this location. Mostly the Minute Clinic and briefly the pharmacy. But I finally came down with COVID and wanted to get a test and prescription for antiviral meds. I was able to easily book online (there was luckily an appointment only half an hour from the time I was looking). I went there on Jan. 10, 2023, checked in through the app, and the very kind doctor saw me right away. She was so friendly and easy to talk to (and so understanding considering I was already partway out of it because of the virus and definitely had some brain fog). She took my rapid test (plus a flu test because the day before my home test had tested me as negative, which I was disinclined to trust at this point). The exam and tests maybe took 15 minutes or so. Positive for COVID, of course. She gave me a prescription for antiviral meds, which was ready for pickup before I’d even had a chance to start walking towards that section of the drugstore. I just really appreciated how friendly the physician was, because it’s bad enough feeling really crummy - having an uncomfortable doctor’s visit on top of it would have made me miserable. I also got a call two days later as a check up to make sure I was feeling ok and handling the medication, which I was.(Side note: I really appreciate that the kind of treatment designed to restrict the spread of infectious disease is free right now. I hope we can keep something like this up in the future, because people will be much more likely to take care of themselves - and by extension others - when they can afford to get tests and treatments.)Otherwise, I switched my prescription services to CVS (at a different location closer to home, but still worth noting) from Walmart a couple months ago and I’m so glad I did. Working with CVS is also nice because they connect with my Hartford Healthcare MyChart info, which saves so much time.

The pharmacy is the worst. Consistently on hold 10+ minutes, barely ever get calls that my prescriptions are ready, sometimes I get them, go to the store, and they don't have what I need. I don't understand how a company who prides itself on its pharmacies can run them so haphazardly.

Although i had good experience in the past, yesterday (09/18) I had Horrible Experience in south Windsor CVS pharmacy. Around 1.30 pm yesterday I went to CVS pharmacy to buy medicines for my senior Parents for their cough/ cold. Since I'm unable to find the right medicine I requested some pharmacist from the counter to help me out but the Lady inside the counter with white coat(Senior pharmacist) She was rude and not bother to help me and loudly told me the pharmacy is closed now for break and asked her team mate to close the gate. I was stunned on her behavior. (time was 1.30 Pm and break time is 1:30 to 2pm.I was in the edge of closing time). I respect the Pharmacists break and lunch hours however the pharmacy staff should respect and answer politely to the customers without hurting anybody. Requesting CVS officials to consider this request. Thank You.

The slowest drive through pick up ever. Rather fill up your prescriptions somewhere else.
