I wanted to recognize one of your employees that works in the refrigerated produce section in the South Windsor store. I met Derrick last week while shopping for fruits and vegetables in the refrigerated section. Derrick was actively removing bad and expired produce as I was shopping. He helped me find vegetables that looked good and explained to me how much time and effort he puts into keeping the produce fresh every day. Good employees are hard to find these days, especially the ones that care about their jobs and the customers that shop at their stores. Thank you Derrick!

One can get everything under one roof in Costco at a reasonable price for a family. Everything is in bulk but very reasonably priced. There is always help available and it’s easy to find products. It’s a members only store and their has is also pretty reasonable.

I truly like shopping at Costco. The New Britain Costco sells the same meats but much cheaper. Different zip code Different prices. I will alternate between the different locations to save money. The food counts the new beef sandwich, which is very lacking in the amount of ingredients. Competitors that make grinders and sandwiches offer more of a filling based on cost.
I see huge stuffed sandwiches online, but when I got one in person, it was a fraction of the size and barley filled, mostly bread. It was very misleading and disappointing. Same with the chicken salid. Fraction of the size I saw online and both my wife's and my salads meats tasted off, and we were afraid to eat it because it also had an aftertaste. Prices in store are much cheaper than for same products online. Online prices are no deals at all unless u like spending much more to be at home ordering
