“So I went to the Apple store on Tuesday because my phone stopped working while I was at school, and this store is the closest to UConn. I was really stressed because I rely on my phone for both work and school. An amazing guy named RJ helped me with everything I needed. He was so patient, even though my old phone kept glitching and turning on and off while he was trying to inspect it. I wanted to trade in the phone for a new one if possible, and I was losing patience because my old phone was acting up. But RJ kept trying and remained calm.
Let me tell you, I was there for like 2-3 hours, and he was SO patient and understanding the whole time. I'm so glad I went to this store because, as a college student, I lowkey didn’t know what I was doing. Huge shoutout to RJ for making the trade successful and being so patient and understanding!”

120 Slater St, Manchester“I replaced my Orbi internet mesh system with a new one that the young man helped me pick out and to my surprise he didn't force a more expensive system on me in fact ha have me just what I needed and no more.
I had difficulty getting it set up to run the whole house as my older did. I was returning the new one and expecting to buy a another one more powerful. I got to the return desk and they offered to come out and set it up w/out buying a new stronger system, I agreed.
They sent Jonathan to my house the next day along with Ty. They tried but ran up against the same difficulties that I did. So at their suggestion we were going to try the equivalent Eero brand, but it was in a different store much further away. Jonathan said no problem and like a shot he was off and quickly brought back the new Eero system.
He installed it found the best places to set up the satellites. I had better internet coverage my house has ever had and faster. I'm very grateful to both Jonathan & Ty, Thank You !!”
