This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.

My old Carhartt J97 jacket had a broken zipper. While shopping for a new one I was advised by Rob, the salesman, that Carhartt would probably fix it no charge. He shipped it out for me and I got it back yesterday with a new zipper! Lost a sale but kept a customer.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some carhartt clothing for my boyfriend for Christmas. Their delivery driver stole my package. I was told I would get replacement items and my order would be expedited. It has been a full week and no one knows anything regarding my expedited package and when it would arrive. One manager states they’ve informed their leader, but still no communication with me about what’s going on. Never again will I shop here. Very unprofessional and slow service. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Carhartt is a brand primarily made for heavy duty work, like construction, or outdoor wood work. In the recent years it has become quite trendy for anyone looking to keep warm in the winter months. Their beanies are very thick, warm and cozy, and so comfortable, they come in a large variety of colors. They are available from sizes for infants to adults. The Carhartt store in Evergreen Walk is the only one in Connecticut. I've gone here multiple times looking for gifts or for something for my self. The store is pretty small, it primarily carries men's items, they have a very small selection of kids or baby items, and an even smaller selection of items for women. The staff have always been super welcoming and friendly. They will order anything for you if a size or a color aren't available in store. The store also carries work boots, socks and belts. Even though the women's section is very small, their beanies, tee shirts and hoodies can be unisex, depending on the size of course. This is a great store, with wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I encourage you to stop by if you're in the area.

They have most Carhart clothing you could want. Mostly, go for the clearance items. You need to hit it at the right time. Usually, changing of the season is best can get great deals then. The employees are helpful and nice there.

Poor customer service to the women with the buzz cut!! I'll take the return if you have an email proving you bought your carhartt shirts from carhartt still packaged in their packing but without the email you cant!? Way to make things inconvenient. I could understand if they weren't packaged in YOUR packaging but they are and you're rude!!

Really great store and employees! I stopped in yesterday and was immediately greeted. Store was well-organized and clean. Matthew O. helped me find what I was looking for and also knew a lot about Carhartt products, which helped me a lot when making my purchase! Definitely will be back!
