“I pulled in on a Monday around noon. One of the employees after originally going for the “seat express” the employee asked to peek in my car and actually recommended I downgrade to the lower priced service seeing as they’d be doing the seats regardless.
After I paid, and ran my car through the hand wash tunnel, a small army of people attacked my car and we’re done in about 30 minutes. I don’t think it looked this good when it was still on the dealership floor. While they were working on it, I went to the Starbucks next door and got some work done.
Pros: conveniently located, attached to a Shell gas station and right off the highway. Excellent customer service and relatively quick seeing as it’s a full detail done by hand.
Cons: they sort of fell victim to their own success, and I on previous visits, as well as just driving by, if never seen the volume anything short of absolutely packed. I’m not taking a star away for this, because they are definitely adequately staffed, I just think they ran out of room to expand in.”
“It's probably one of the best car washes I have ever been to. The place really cleans your car good. I remember coming here in the past many years ago, and the car wash wasn't that good at its time. (Couple bad experiences) But I guess they have improved, and now its 10/10. They even cleaned my dirty rims up so well I was surprised because no other place could do it. I will be coming back here now.”
“I just got my car buffed from C& J detailing. I just got my car 6 months ago. Why did I buy the unlimited car wash . My car has swirl marks and scratches everywhere on my car brushes not clean & the service sucked. I went back to the Cadi dealer they couldn't help me. I bought the Simoniz glass coat package for 3 years waist of money and of course the warranty does not cover. I would highly recommend everyone to try them out. They are very professional and the service was great. I will definitely be getting my car detailed there. “The fact that they have three locations is great for my area unlimited car wash with any plan you can literally wash your car five times a day for the price of two car washes what would be the price of a monthly pass for unlimited and I love the fact that I can just go there and vacuum my car whenever I need it even if I don't need a wash for free they have newly updated each location so in my opinion Mr sparkles car Wash is the car wash I use for my vehicle and all of our family vehicles”

“While I liked this place very much unfortunately lately I'm beginning to not like the fact that the pre spraying of the vehicles off is rarely completed to the front of the vehicle on the opposite side of the car because there doesnt seem to be enough time allotted for staff to complete removing the large mechanical grime on the whole vehicle leaving it dirty after washing; so you are forced to go through twice to complete the job. Not sure about others but I prefer not to have to go through the car wash twice to get my vehicle appropriately cleaned.
I really do not want to change my car wash but if things don't improve I may have to go elsewhere?
I am not one to get bad reviews of any kind, this is more of a suggestion that they really could improve on. The staff here is friendly and I have absolutely no complaints about them.
I cannot lie I miss the days when the car washes "all" used to scrub it down with a brush first.”
“ALWAYS Check for things on the ground that CAN put a leak or hole in your tires at every car wash ! Even a bottle cap can cut the treed on a tire ! Which DOES start little . Which leads to wear & tare AFFECTING the steering/aliengment/ vehicle balance of the other tires ! LUCKLY this car wash had very FEW obsecults on the ground !! Even the attendants watched me & wondering why I was checking before entering the wash bay. NO CLUES WHAT SO EVER to what I was doing ? They MIGHT have checked the barrel when I left ?”

“i’ve been coming here for over one year. All the staff are very professional and customer friendly orientated. Any issues I’ve ever had they did direct to the regional manager, which was ignored. I did speak to someone in corporate yesterday and address my concerns, and I was assured that moving forward my issues will no longer be a problem. I was suggested to go to a different location in which I explained that was not conducive to my crazy work schedule and the convenience of the Weston Street location the crew at Weston Street do not get the credit in which they deserve they have to deal with customers who are in a rush and don’t understand patients I commend all the staff on Weston Street. “Went through the touchelss. Had zero issues. Washes way better than the surrounding car washes with touchless options. Will definitely be back. Wish they could turn down the dry blowers a little bit(they are strong but if you have a car with thin panels they will move a bit more than a typical blower. But could be that I have an SUV and it's taller)”
“Good, fast, and friendly service. Using the automated wash gets you clean and back on the road in less than 5 minutes. The cloth wash seems to not damage the paint. Over time, I will tell.I recommend the monthly service. The only thing I don't like is the closing hours for the automated wash. You usually want to wash a car when the body is cooler when the sunshine goes down later in the day. The open n closed tines force you in during the hot day.Also, for the monthly service, you're basically going on good faith. You really dont know know what you're actually getting. Example: the monthly "ultimate service" is supposed to give you all these different things in one. Tire shine, ionize, etc. Who knows what the service guy is actually pressing when you go through? Either way, the car is mostly clean for an automated wash. Go try it.”

“Came for a car wash, got the 25$ option and noticed my wheel wells didn't get all the gunk off (driving in Vermont will do that) asked them if they could run me through again and they did for free. They also power washed my wheel wells personally to help get the gunk off. Much appreciated love this place”
“A little pricy but the no-touch washes are great. Avoid the drive-thru as they tend to scratch your car with their vigorous manual brushing beforehand. Are those wire brushes? Cmon. Soft brushes please.”
