Beautiful flowers were delivered to my mother celebrating her 80th birthday. Friend in California had the flowers delivered to my mother. Florist is only one mile from my mother's house and yet the florist charged $11 for delivery. When addressing with the florist - there was no response. It would have been nice if they didn't charge a delivery fee because of the location OR reduce the $11 delivery charge. Not to mention friend in CA and myself are veterans.In response to your reply - I did reach out to your company both via telephone and your website (online message). No one bothered to return my message.

I had a last minute invite to a special dance, where I needed a wrist corsage. They were wonderful on short notice and able to make one that matched her dress. Great service and very nice people at the store!

Broadbrook Gardens designed, created, and delivered gorgeous arrangements for our wedding. It was incredibly easy to work with Bob. We explained at a high level what we were looking for, we’re not very knowledgeable about flowers, and he showed us some pictures, and made great recommendations that turned into a beautiful reality. They were stunning — so incredibly beautiful and coordinated perfectly with my bridesmaids’ dresses which ranged in color from navy, maroon, cinnamon, and forest green. Everyone marveled at the beautiful flower arrangements.
