Transferred us to several people who worked with us for 2 minutes, left and kept saying “we’ll have someone with you in a minute.” Would leave us waiting for up to 10 minutes each time. Simple phone purchase and data transfer, had much easier experiences at other locations. Very disorganized

OMG ? such a great place, with enough people working there to helping out with anything , acknowledge full?they ask me to return at certain time and yes ? I didn’t have to wait long time cause immediately I got back they have the problem solved, yes ? I recommend this place for those who wants to buy a new device or to solve any issue with existing device. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

Everything went smooth. I set an appointment online to get my screen repaired. I was able to check in ,drop my phone off, and come back to pick it up with no problems plus there’s plenty of other things to do in the area.

The people at this store are so wonderful. I walked in fed up because of a problem I had tried to fix on my own for two weeks. Will immediately greeted me and asked how he could help and quickly figured out the problem, and then helped me transfer my data to my new phone. To continue the process, Myles helped me. We had some issues through the process but he was patient and kind. RJ then came over to help us with a faster process. This still took my phone an hour to do, but in the meantime all the guys chatted with me. They were so kind and so knowledgeable and so patient with all the random questions I asked them to pass the time as it was slow in the store as well. Tom answered all my random trivia questions about apple, and a few other people whose names I didn’t catch would answer a question in passing. I was there a while, simply because the phone needed to figure itself out, but all the employees made it worth it. When we hit another snag in the process, RJ went above and beyond to help me with problems with my carrier. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough for all the help I received, and honestly the highlight of my day. Highly recommend getting help at this store :)

Criminal practices regarding warranties tried to make me buy a whole new phone after 2 months refused to fix it even though it was within the 90 day warranty.. Reported to apple corporate

This is my local Apple Store and I’ve never had a problem until my most recent visit. One of the workers, Bree, was super rude. I walked up to the genius bar as she had just finished helping another lady. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and loudly sighed. No “Hi” or “I’ll be right with you” or “Someone will be right with you” just no acknowledgment at all. Then she left the genius bar and started joking around with another coworker for 10 minutes. When she did come back to the genius bar, she noticed there were more people there than before and once again she loudly sighed, rolled her eyes, and left. She came back a third time with a different coworker (I’m assuming the manager) and asks to go on break. The guy tells her no and she gets an attitude so she stands at the genius bar, avoids eye contact with everyone waiting to be helped then helps a lady who has just walked up to the genius bar. Mind you, me and 5 other people were sitting at the genius bar waiting to be helped and it was way past our appointment times. She never acknowledged any of us. I was there for an hour and a half and 45 minutes was spent waiting on someone to help because Bree didn’t feel like working. Lee, on the other hand was amazing. He realized what she was doing and jumped in to help. So points for Lee! Please hire more people like him and less people like Bree. No one should be made to feel like they are an inconvenience.

Went to this location and dealt with what I was told is an “Expert” in tech support by the name of Nate. Let me just say they are reaching when they say that as I was given two options by this individual, either to wipe my phone where I can possibly lose data and Information or just sit and wait till there’s an update by Apple for the correction and error messages that I keep receiving on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Calling tech-support 22 times with no resolution and no resolution with going to a physical Apple Store. My iPhone 14 promax has been replaced. Three separate times with nothing but issues. And yet I have to keep paying on a device that keeps malfunctioning and Apple Support is rendered useless. This is how Apple resolves and handles issues with their devices. They leave their customers holding the bag with no resolution , other than losing important content on their phone. Why buy an iPhone, you might as well go to a an android. You have a better chance recovering Information and not having as many issues as you have with Apple products. The “Expert” help at a Genius Bar is a waste of time. This location. is always useless. This phone has been replaced by Apple three times since my purchase in November 2022. if that doesn’t say something about Apple products, I don’t know what does, stay away from this location they’re Genius Bar. Individuals are of no help. You’re better off searching Google for answers.

Circumvented AT&T’s security policy and financed a device to my name without authorization. Went in person on 8/20 and learned that an unauthorized user can add devices to a plan they are not an account holder for. I’ll be filing an inquiry to investigate their sales practices and will report to the BBB.
