Office is no good to he people here are just slow and rude I went to fix some things on my business account and they had me there waiting for half hour while the place was empty the manager just site and bs won’t come back again

The service when you drive up for a teller to simply make a withdraw from your account is absolutely ridiculous. I waited for 10 minutes once I gave them my withdrawal slip. This needs to be improved.

Don't know what's going on with them, but there's been too many errors on their part in the last few months for us to stay here. It seems like lately every time I try to use my money they find some reason to get in the way, be it random deposit holds, canceling transactions, or errors with their ATMS.

They don't always screw up but when they do it's bad! Have had a few too many issues with this bank to the point where I'm switching banks. It was only a few issues but they were major issues that made me lose trust in who was handling my money. As a business owner I just can't afford that kinda risk. The branch manager is Very amateur and not professional, she doesn't really seem like she knows what she's doing. This isn’t a reflection of the bank as much as this branch.

The only thing good about this location is the ATM is always functioning properly and the tellers. The new "upgrade" of online banking is more like a downgrade. I went in to speak to a member rep and she was rude-not helpful at all. She had a chip on her shoulder and tried to be sarcastic as the BM sat in the next cubicle. I will no longer bank here as it is not the same as many years ago since they've opened up to the public.

Had a bad experience two days ago with the East Hartford branch who dropped the ball I sadly left a not so positive review. This is the bank I deal with for the most part, but today I go in the drive through give them my I.D and a few grand only to realize they put my money in some one else’s account. I really hate to post this but whoever is running the shows really needs to get the staff together these aren’t minor errors they’re committing.

Extremely helpful, had a fraud alert on my debit card I called yesterday and spoke to Nicole had home phone issues, she tried everything she could think of to get everything taken care of for me, she was wonderful, went today and they took care of it right away

This bank goes above and beyond for there customers! Always has for me and I will continue to use them for all my banking needs. I actually plan on getting a new vehicle come spring time and there rates always look good so I know where I'll be going!

This institution is void of customer service and has no consideration for its members. Don't expect anyone to make an effort to go above and beyond to help you. If it deviates from their policies,it's not happening. This place and these people absolutely suck. They give you b.s. answers because they don't want to lift a finger to help you. I will be changing institutions soon.
