The teller, some lady and was of course not wearing a name tag, was extremely condescending. I will never be going back to this location or this bank because of my experience.

The staff is always friendly here and helps all of its customers with a sense of urgency. They have a ton of tools for you to bank on the go. You can even chat with a representative over a video chat service. Mobile banking and convenience at its finest! Very knowledgeable employees who also work well with one another to get a job done

Probably the worst Webster in the State. Coin machine became full and apparently there is only 1 person able to take out the bags and refill it. These idiots made me late for work. Avoid this Webster at all cost.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! THEY ARE MORE THEN UNHELPFUL! THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO SET UP AND ACCOUNT - BUT THEN IF THEIR ONE AND ONLY MANAGER ISNT THERE, THEY CANT HELP YOU. THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" DOESNT HELP YOU EITHER.. THEY RFER YOU BACK TO THE BRANCH. NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE.. HOPEFULLY YOURE NOT STUCK OUT OF THE COUNTRY WITH NO MONEY, OR YOUR CARD IS FROZEN AND THE BANK IS CLOSED LOL.. THEY SAY 24 HR SUPPORT BUT THAT IS 100% NOT THE CASE.ALSO- HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT DEPOSITING 1.5MIL. INTO A BANK ACCOUNT THERE. THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT HARRAS YOU TRYING TO GET YOU TO OPEN AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT, CALL YOUR PHONE ALL THE TIME, AND MAKE YOU FEEL UNCONFORATBLE EVEN GOING INTO THE BANK CAUSE YOU KNOW THEYRE JUST GONNA TRY TO SELL YOU ON SOMETHING AGAIN JUST CAUSE YOU CAME INTO A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY.STAYYYYY AWAY! Wonderful customer service! The personnel are so friendly, they always remember our names! They are efficient and are always careful to be accurate with our complicated accounts. They helped me transfer my parents’ conservatorship and estate accounts. Then they helped us with my husband’s new business accounts as well as transferring our personal accounts into new Webster accounts. They feel like the small town banks I grew up with and yet they have all the online capabilities and competitive edge of the large banks of today. I’m so glad that Webster is my Bank!

We have been sitting in the drive in for 10 min and counting now (after we were told they would be right with us and watch them take person after person in the lobby.) I may just walk in, leave my husband in the car and see who would be able to make our transaction first!
