Had bottles of Eagle Rare (6) ordered for Christmas presents. Been waiting for shipment before Christmas. Found out they cancelled the order without contacting me only because charge was reversed. Thanks for ruining my friend’s Christmas.

This place has lost my business for ever. On October 21st at about 9 am I bought 2 nips ( Leroux peppermint schnapps) then 7 hours later I bought two more. They said to me no more that night. 4 nips in an 8 hour period of time is not bad.

Third time the messed up an expensive delivery and ruined an event. Although plenty of time to rectify the situation before closing, the elderly gentleman working alone kept hanging up on me. I entertain a lot, it’s unfortunate this store is too unreliable to for me to continue to support

Yup. Rudest staff ever. Hands down. “How are you today??”“Grunt”Only thing worse is ownership thinks creating a bourbon museum will bring more customers rather than realizing actually selling at a normal price will make him more money. Also let’s talk about the owner… boisterously shooting seemingly at the top of his lungs and standing in front of costumers. Hoping everyone opens their eyes and realizes people reluctantly go here out of convenience. Can’t wait for a real store to open.

I agree with many of these other reviews. I have been here probably 50 times over the years just because of the convenience of its location. Extremely rude staff every single time. They will look the other way when you walk in. Never once was I asked if I needed help even when I actually did. When you look them in the eye at checkout and say “how’s it going” they will literally say nothing. On the way out I say “have a good day/night” (instead of them), and not a word. The other night I went there and the guy was on his phone leaning over the checkout counter completely ignoring me standing there. There is one nice younger girl who I’ve had a pleasant interaction with, but that’s it. Last time I will ever go back.
