We needed to buy a tractor, so I visited Tractor Supply in Simsbury, Connecticut, which is in our area.
The salesperson, Jacquelyn, was very friendly and offered to help me choose a tractor. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the advantages of the different models and helping me order the model I chose.
When I got home, realizing that the model I chose was too big for our garage, I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The store manager Jeff who answered my call immediately explained how to cancel my order and gave me a customer service number to call to cancel my order.
The customer service representative, Chalsey, not only processed my cancellation request very quickly, but also helped me get a full refund for the cancelled purchase.
Summarizing my impressions from communicating with different employees of different departments of Tractor Supply, I came to the conclusion that the company has a customer-oriented policy. Therefore, when I need to buy something that is there, I will first come to the company store.

3 times now we have driven to this location and were told the pet wash was closed. First time was for fleas and every consecutive trip has had no reason. We really rely on the pet wash center for our dog and this location always let's us down. Southwick it is!

Was so excited, went to get my bunny food, and other treats for my parents dog, saw plants Violet's for clearance, 3 dollars, looking at them which were half dead, ask a nice lady and her husband do you think I can revive them she said to far gone , then they help me pull down from way up top and they said I could probably revive them, I was so thankful for there help, plants were half dead, went in to store asked clerk if I may leave the 3 dollar plants at the register, and she said sure got alit of items, and went to ring out she told me the plants were now 14:99. , I showed her the sign and she still declined to it and said a stranger put the sign there, I will never ever go to a place that is that disrespectful and treat customers like that, sorry you no longer have my business, or my friend and family

First of all, let me start this off with if I could give the one in Simsbury negative Stars I would. I went there to buy a pair of boots and I go to this tractor supply all the time. They only had one size for the pair. I wanted in my size. I open the box and looked at the boots and noticed that they were all scoffed up and scratched. It looked like somebody had bought them wore them around for a day and then returned them to the store. So I asked the lady if. They had any more boots in the back Somewhere in that size and point it out the scoffs, hoping that maybe they could either order me a new pair. Or.Maybe figure out a way to do something about the current pair because I really needed a pair of boots. The lady very rude. They told me that if I oiled them the scoffs would come out now. I have been wearing boots my entire life. Those were very clearly deep scratches. They would not come out. Secondly, in what world do you buy a damaged product? Have to go buy something else to make the product new. Still pay full price and have to spend the time and money to make that product look the way It should be in the store. Also the employee was extremely rude and to preoccupied making jokes with her 2 other coworkers instead of helping the customers

From day one of this place opening and I would use the dog wash, and I would use it every single month. For the first year, it was great then after that point, things started breaking and they were never fixed. You would come on any given day, and of course, be expected to pay full price, but they would be out of towels, have a broken table, and not cleaning up in between customers in there. I always cleaned my table and cleaned up the dog hair, as a former groomer I was respectful of the space. Unfortunately others were not, which isn’t the fault of tractor supply, but how they maintain the space is totally on them. I had reported them any broken things and the constant lack of towels. It seemed like things were being fixed the next time that I went in there. And then, Because of the dog respiratory virus going around I stopped coming for a couple months. Which, by the way, they acted like it didn’t exist because they chose to do photos with Santa right in the thick of it, while responsible parties like (my vet clinic)cancelled those events.Fast forward to today, I show up. They say no towels again “but it’s warm out so that’s ok”… no- not really… takes twice as long to dry a dog who hasn’t been toweled off. I walked over there, there are 2 dogs on the ground (because there are no working tables) I finally get in there to a huge mess everywhere. Place my dog in the tub and then discover that the table to dry is broken yet again. Meanwhile there’s no personal space because the other patron is still there, drying their dog on the floor, which is causing all of that hair to go all over myself and my dog. And I get it, it’s a self dog wash, there’s gonna be hair, but come on. Finally, I just decide it’s easier to leave. I tell her on the way out why I’m leaving, and nothing. I would check out scooters bark and bubbles instead because they actually maintain their space. They do charge five dollars extra but they’ve never had any issues where there were no towels or broken equipment that I had to deal with and they clean up in between dogs.

Workers are miserable. No one there is happy, everyone is always complaining. Not a pleasant store.

The staff at this store went far and above their duty to help us tie and coil a 16' cattle panel to fit in the back of our SUV. Thank you so much Sarah for your help and expertise!

Such a great store and super pet friendly. My dog is more or less a regular here and they always give her so much love. They also do partnerships with adoption agencies and use their location and connections for good. I'm happy this place came to town and hope it is here to stay!

Similar to many of the other stores in town. You drive across town to get something and they don't have it. Sheet metal rack completely empty. This is why I always go to Larsons. I tried. When you start stocking items I will start coming back again.
