“I had to have my car towed today. Obviously this isn’t an uncommon situation. But for a bit of backstory I own a Saab. That company folded over a decade ago. So I’ve seen that car on the back of a flat bed more than I’d like to admit. I’ve never seen a technician hook up the car as confidently and efficiently as my technician today. Garrit showed that he was not only a skilled technician by hooking it up first go (Saab has a weird hookup location) but he also arrived sooner than expected and was very efficient.”

“On Thursday, March 16 my daughter was coming back from Hartford hospital. She just had work done on her steering wheel and on the way back from Hartford Hospital her steering wheel locked up getting on the entrance ramp to 91 S. by Whitehead highway. My daughter called me to let me know what was going on and then called AAA. When I arrived, I called AAA just to verify that there was a call put in because she said the lady at AAA was very rude. They had no record of her call or anything, so this lady expedited our tow service. We also had a state trooper come out who had to push my daughters car to a safe spot. We had no clue what the streets names that we were on exact location. We gave landmarks and everything to AAA. One capital towing called us. The lady was very sweet, very professional and kind as to try to figure out where we were. I sent the woman my locations and she was trying to get a hold of the driver to let them know where we were at that time. When I told her there was a driver behind us, she didn’t want me getting out of the car yet just to make sure it was him and she couldn’t get a hold of her driver. I got out of the car and asked him if he was the man that was from capital towing and he said yes you are all set hooked up and ready to go so he was able to find us hook us up in The little bit of time that I was on the phone with this woman from capital towing. The experience with this company made this nightmare last night so much better experience if I’m ever in Hartford and God forbid something happens to one of our cars I would definitely be calling capital towing. The kindness and concern about my daughters safety was comforting to me as a mother. Even though my daughter is a young adult it was still my major concern as it was theirs as well. I could go on and on about this company. If you ever need a tow in the Hartford area definitely give them a call. Also JR or RJ the driver was a true gentleman. “I’ve been doing business with Scotty here for a couple of years. Now that I’m getting ready to move from this area I can honestly say, I’m definitely gonna miss shop. Scott is honest and always does his best to help you save however you can. This shop is reliable and I’m a car guy so I pay close attention to details like what my vehicles look like prior to going into a shop and how it comes out, I look at the materials used and I want to make sure that I’m getting exactly what I pay for. I learned that with this shop, you’re good. I know it’s something you may have to build up with time on your own but from my experience, I know these guys did everything they could to make sure the job was done and done right. So I appreciate you guys! Someone give Scotty a raise and more vacation time!! He deserves it damn it!! ?”
