When I stopped by the store this past Saturday I was already overwhelmed with choosing colors for our kitchen+living room renovation. I must admit I walked in unsure if we should even splurge on Farrow and Ball. But, after spending quite a bit of time going over my vision with Rebecca and looking at several samples (ultimately decided on Skimming Stone, and so glad) I walked out knowing exactly what I wanted to do in the areas I had been unsure about. I will definitely be returning to Thomas' store. His staff makes you feel very confident investing in such a luxury paint and gave really great insight into my overall design.

This is the best design consultation experience that I have encountered so far. Thomas and his team are clearly passionate about the Annie Sloan and Farrow & Ball brands. Their attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations and they made our remodel fun and easy. I will be returning to the showroom in the future before I start any painting/renovation projects. I cannot recommend Thomas Mach Interiors enough, they are a delight to work with and the store is a treat to visit!

Every time I have worked with Thomas and the entire team at Thomas Mach Interiors, I have had an outstanding experience. This weekend Thomas personally came to the rescue when I was in the middle of painting my bedroom and needed another gallon of paint. When I realized my schedule would have me getting there very late, he processed my order over the phone and partnered with me to find a way for me to pick it up after hours.If you are reading this review, I imagine it is because you are considering them for an upcoming project and want more information before you proceed. Rest assured I worked in the retail sector for many years, so I love to recognize amazing service when I receive it. Thomas Mach Interiors has unrivaled expertise, premium products, world-class service, and a warm and welcoming environment. The entire experience, from the minute you walk in the door until you walk out a happy customer, is a true pleasure. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would!

Thomas and his team are great to work with. We just finished with the complete restoration of our 1920s home. We chose Farrow & Ball paints for most of the spaces (over 12 different colors and finished throughout the house) and Thomas was super responsive and accommodating to every need. I would highly recommend.

Today I had the BEST time learning to stencil with Olivia Hanzel from the studio. I love the finished result on this repurposed sleigh bed. Painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Graphite. Thanks Olivia, your guidance and creativity were wonderful.

We recently had several projects completed by Thomas Mach and his team . They painted our kitchen cabinets , dining room hutch and Olivia chalk painted a table and mirror. We are so pleased with our experience. Thomas Mach provided top notch customer service , incredible attention to detail, helpful advice, does not oversell , and is incredibly honest. I originally went into Thomas Mach to buy chalk paint and came out after a conversation with Thomas totally impressed with his knowledge , design and willingness to help. Our experience throughout each project was extraordinary. His paint team was on time each day, extremely professional and worked through the weekend to complete our project . Thomas checked in on our project and was in communication with me daily. Olivia is a true gem and both pieces she chalk painted for me are spectacular. She made sure they were exactly as I expected . Very pleased and will definitely use Thomas Mach for future projects.

We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Thomas Mach Interiors. We recently hired them to paint our large kitchen island cabinets. Olivia is delightful and was so incredibly helpful in the process of color and paint brand/finish selection. The team that came to paint did an amazing job of sealing off our kitchen to protect the rest of our kitchen and home from getting paint on anything. They did impeccable work and were done in just a few days. We chose to have the paint sprayed on to give us a factory finish look that is very durable. Our cabinets look brand new and I love love love the magnificent color! Thomas is a fantastic guy to work with and I recommend Thomas Mach Interiors to anyone looking for exceptional people, paint, and quality.

Just as Farrow and Ball truly is a different brand of paint, working with Thomas Mach is a different brand of customer service. Thomas was friendly, personable, passionate and walked me through my first time painting with Farrow and Ball from start to finish. I am renovating an old home and while my husband wanted to "color match" Farrow and Ball, I did a lot of research and knew the only true choice to get the perfect look I was going for was to spend the extra money on Farrow and Ball. When purchasing luxury paint, you want luxury service and that's exactly what Thomas provided! Friendly phone calls, helpful guides and emails, text messages to check in, and swift 2 day delivery of paint!!! I ended up getting 2 cans that exploded and he is coming to pick them up so I can return them....because that's the kind of person he is. There is no person I would rather talk to about home renovation, painting and design than Thomas. In a world of pushy salespeople and screwy contractors, Thomas is a true gem and I value the service he provided, and will always remember him for any future projects. Not to mention, the paint looks EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!! The colors are astounding and the quality took my home from an old 80s fixer upper with many imperfections to looking brand new. Even my husband who fought me on the color matching was SO PLEASED!!! He finally understood why I made the choice to go with F&B, and we are both so glad we did.PS I ran out of paint and time and had to make a quick decision to color match for a TINY bathroom - LOL the color wasn't even close and the quality wasn't either. FARROW AND BALL all the way!

I could not be happier with the service I received! I am working on a simple project (just painting/transforming an old dresser) and I ordered some Annie Sloan chalk paint online from Thomas Mach Interiors. Not only did the product ship so much sooner than I anticipated, but Tom also offered me tips and support via phone should I have any questions or want any guidance on my project! Even with such a tiny order he made me feel so supported and made my project feel so important. Highly recommend working with Tom and his team!

We have been in our house for 5 years and have lived with the old dark kitchen colors that were popular in the early 2000's. We had looked at replacing cabinets and at painting and we decided the cabinets were great and checked on painting. Some of the painters we looked at did not do the quality job we wanted (visible brush strokes etc.) so we contacted Thomas Mach for a consultation. He came and shared his vision for how our kitchen could look and we decided right then to go ahead on the project. His team was so professional, and completely protected the rest of the house from the painting. Everything was sprayed on the spot using Farrow and Ball Paint which carries a 6 year warranty. They also helped us decide on new countertops and back splash. They managed the entire project start to finish and we had a new kitchen in just over a week. We were so impressed we had them also paint our dining room which needed it. This was not a low cost project and more expensive than other companies we checked with, but the quality, professionalism and speed made the choice obvious and worth the value.
