“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”

“I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.”

“Had a great experience at this store. Had a out of date expired Hp ink cartridges that purchased from another Staples. I call Hp and they told me to bring them to a Staples. Was greeted by the store manager and I was already a little upset because of the Hp cartridges would not work. The manager at the store went above and beyond as a manager to accommodate for the Hp Cartridges that would not work. He enlightened to situation with a humorous story he told me which made me feel comfortable. After giving him my Staples account that I have used for years the gentleman exchange the expired cartridges I had purchased with new updated ones. These are very expensive and thought I was out of $135 for purchasing them. I own several businesses and wish some of my managers would perform as he did taking care of the problem and me leaving with new ink cartridges as a happy Staples customer Want to Thank him for the help and enlightening the situation. “I use this UPS store (Post Office Square) at least once a week. I find the store to be one of the BEST UPS locations. Here are a few reasons: 1- the store is very clean 2- staff turn around is low. I see a core staff that are friendly, professional and helpful. They know their job, might sound like a silly statement, but they offer customers options that they are not aware of. The are also timely, service is quick. I’d suggest if you need a UPS store come here. Oh ya, parking is easy too. It’s the best UPS store in the world!”

“I've used this Staples twice now for printing for my business. I submitted my files online for pick-up in store. My quick prints I received were initially double-sided when I had ordered single-sided but it was corrected quickly & professionally. I returned to the store a second time with a business card order because I was on a time crunch and needed cards quickly and I am very happy with the quality & quantity of cards for the price. I've had a much better experience here than at other printing options in the Simsbury/Avon area.”
