“A+++! I visited this location the weekend of 4/6/24 with a whole bag of issues after an update gone bad and Shalene was PHENOMENAL! I stumbled across this at&t in between getting a coffee & going to Lowes. The location was neat & clean and she was warm and welcoming. She listened to all my issues and addressed them easily, patiently one by one. My FaceTime wasn't working, I had a strange voice recorder on my text messager & my Facebook was logging out, not staying on. Shalene took the time to address each and rectify. I couldn't be more appreciative of her help. I'm big on customer service & this location is top notch!”

1022 New Britain Ave, West Hartford“This store is literally the best cricket around. I've been coming to this store almost 7 years now and I've never had a bad experience, they always seem to have the customer getting the best deal in mind, while other locations are strictly trying to get the most money out of you not suggesting any type of ways to get discounts etc. This store on new Britain Ave isn't far from Flatbush Walmart and they literally saved me about $130 today when the east Hartford store I decided to try out because it's closer to where I live and it showed they had almost 5 stars so I was only in there about ten minutes and the guy working there was nice enough but when asked what's the cheapest phone available he messed up once and said at first $170 something and then when he repeated himself stuck with $190 and only gave me options between that and #240+ and that's plus activation fee and phone case and screen protector...uh uh...so left there and went right back to where I shoulda just went in the first place the cricket on new Britain Ave in west Hartford it's pretty much right on the Hartford line it's close by to Walmart. Got the phone I wanted, case, protector and they through in headphones for free and it all cost $150 and some change and I'll never go to another cricket besides them unless I'm in another state. They're the best, customer service and attitudes always good and nice. They al.oat always offer ways to help you get the best prices and they did not let me down today. Highly recommend them.”

“I recently needed to upgrade my phone. I was disappointed to find that there were no offers or incentives available to me as a long-time Verizon customer and older retiree (even my old phone was ineligible for a trade-in rebate). In addition, while I didn't know it at the time, I was given inaccurate information in a chat on the Verizon site prior to going to pick up my phone. Not exactly a happy customer. All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. Adriana and Manny were especially friendly and accommodating, making sure that setup went smoothly. Adriana patiently completed data transfer while I waited. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”

1200 Park St Apt 1w, Hartford“cricket ....After losing my SIM card to my phone I want to cricket on New Britain avenue it was told that my account would not come up and to go to cricket on Park Street in Hartford Connecticut!! I enter cricket not knowing that my passcode had already have locked out already and that I would never be able enter my account!!
I spoke with store manager Cathy she tried her best to help me get my issues resolved she called customer service also the help desk to see if we can change my information that was entered incorrectly my name was enter as Dizzy my name is Stacey I didn't know my pin or my password that was another problem but still Cathy proceeded to try to get my phone back to work, I left on the first day with no hope that there was no way to find my information about my account that I have had since 2017 , 7 years service that had to end the next day because I went back to talk to Cathy with the information that I had written when I set up my account and once again we couldn't get into my account!! I close my account and open a new one and started all over with the new phone number what a headache was that I had to call a lot of doctors and every other important people to provide my new phone number changes for emergency contact!! Cathy once again oblige me with setting up the new account with my information and setting up my my account .. I left the store more happier than I started out on my second day!!
Cathy went above and beyond her duty to make sure my issue was resolved and that my phone was back online I sincerely think Cathy for all her amazing calmness and work at The cricket!! She is amazing manager I can't thank you enough I greatly⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ appreciate your service and if I have any more problems I'll be more than happy to come back and speak with Cathy thank you!!”
